Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Danville

This specific restaurant ownership including management are blatant thieves and fraudulent criminals! They recently stole $40 from my credit card to pay for their friends/family's Valentine's Day online order when I live over 1,100 miles away and have never visited this location or Illinois state before!!!! To confirm that management was part of the fraudulent purchase, I've called their restaurant multiple times and they continuously disconnect my call without ever speaking to find out the reason for multiple calls. A legitimate and honest restaurant always answers the work phone for business purposes and to purposely decline incoming calls supports their fraudulent involvement!!!

BEWARE OF PATRONIZING THIS...

Went to this unprofessional place called a fast food place , wanted 2 cheeseburgers add bacon , mayo, lettuce and tomato and they acted as if it was such a hard burger to make , he insisted that I wanted combo meals which I didn’t , they made it wrong 2 times and even when I offered to pay for it Manager told me I had to get a refund because I didn’t know what I ordered moral of the story if you are having a bad day work maybe you should call off , manager is very unprofessional and don’t know how to speak to anyone at all , bad place of business won’t be back...

Ordered the new Kansas City pulled pork and breaded mushrooms as the sign says ..( blurry pic but says new items breaded shrooms and cheese curds) but they say stop selling them but at least 3 signs advertising they sell them ? Ok well the pork was frozzen I guess cuz they told me they had to defrost it so it will be a little bit for our order.. and all they did was microwave the sandwich and send it out .. so when I get to eat it the bun is hardened rubber .. couldn't even eat it .. Learn to run a restaurant properly or shut it down and stop...
