I ordered almost 40$ in pizza yesterday and it wasn't even cheesy the cheese was burnt the crust was so hard my son could not even eat it it was for delivery so I messaged doordash to get a redelivery or a refund and they have a policy so that didn't work so I tried calling the store but they didn't answer so we had no choice but to eat the pizza which was nasty and hard I have 3 kids and 2 with disabilities my mother helped us get that food with her money so I called little Caesars today with my order and how it was hard and burnt and since we are the pizza there's apparently nothing they can do with my order I'm sorry it's either feed my kids over cooked pizza or starve should I have saved the pizza and starved my hungry children all because you don't no how to answer the phone when I tried to call and complain about it I always loved getting pizzas from here but now they basically blame you for eating the pizza when it's burnt and then decline you of a refund or reorder how is it my fault you can't cook a pizza without burning it I want pizzas that cheese stretches and cheesy like the commercial shows not burnt hard pizza that we had to eat just so we didn't starve that night sorry not everyone is rich to reorder more food like some people so ya we ait the burnt pizzas because y'all don't no how to answer the phone and I'm not trying to hear my autistic son cry and scream all night about how he's hungry so whatever dude I'm done being nice to people this store is trash and don't use doordash because they...

I waited in line for a cashier. While waiting, I tracked my order in the website. It said they were packaging my order. The cashier gets to me and I give her my name. She says someone already picked up my pizzas. I said that's not possible. I also showed her the tracking info showing not ready yet. She went and got the manager. I showed him. The manager said someone picked up your order, so I can't remake it nor give me my money back. I work in customer service and go above and beyond to help customers. This was so awful. I was in tears when I left. Other customers were even telling the manager the kiosk isn't working. They had been waiting like 20 minutes prior to my arrival. They heard no one with my name pick up.
