Wow! Is all that I can say. I did like the food the few times I have ordered from there, and was planning on having my rehearsal dinner there, but then realized the customer service is horrible. I emailed them like their website says for a quote and heard nothing. My fiance called them and spoke to a rather impolite female who answered the phone and seemed aggitated that we would even want to enjoy their establishment as she asked her questions. Very Rude.
I called myself to speak with the Manager about my email and the female who answered (who I'm guessing spoke with my fiance) simply told me "Oh I don't check my email". Right off the get go she is uninterested to hear about my business with them and then continues to feel aggitated that I want to have a party there. She then continues on by saying I should go somewhere else and begins to go through the motions with me, but I stop her and "THANK" her for her time as I will look elsewhere if they don't really want to have it.
I understand that they might not have a big enough venue to hold a rehearsal dinner and that is fine, but if you are going to run a business you must have some kind of customer service and apologize for not being able to accomodate not because you are seriously sorry but because it's just the polite thing to say.
I was even interested in picking up food from there to have at my own venue, but with this kind of lack of caring I don't trust them with my food order. It's a pitty to see a small town restaurant act like a big town too good for you restaruant. Please and Thank you go a long way whether it's business or...
Read moreWe decided to eat hear about a week ago. My husband always passes by when he's working out this way. So let me start with ,while we're driving I'm reading the reviews. Omg! And I work in the food industry as a chef. So it's hard to go out and not be critical, but i do my best to not judge.. we were seated immediately, and our server was super nice and attentive to our needs. We ordered 3 appetizers. Mottzarella sticks, the eggplant, and pepperoni bread stick. Good start. Then dinner salad ,yuk.yellow watery, blan. Then I watched the manger walk across the front line chugging her drink.. just no. And mind you they all use the same pos system on the front line. Watching all of them putting in orders, not once seeing of them wash hands. Then a couple post down is a review with a horrible server, but thankfully we didn't end up with her,but I did watch her eat something off the front line, lick her finger ,wipe her mouth with blue cloth and set it on the counter ,yuk again. No eating or drinking on the line. It's unprofessional and just nasty. Got through dinner it was maw, and just when I thought cool.we made it through dinner, I watched my server eat something on the front line wipe her hands and bring us our ticket..so many violations and just not good. I feel like make a little effort with trying, and the cooks definitely aren't cooking with love . My daughter didn't even eat her dinner. And we took most of our food home, sauce was minimal. We definitely will not...
Read moreIf you want a taste of old world Sicilian food then look no further. The food is amazing. The Bruschetta, made with creamy feta cheese, is beyond delicious. I have never tasted bruschetta this good. The Frutta Di Mare pasta dish with the red sauce is chock full of shellfish and the red sauce makes this dish light, flavorful and delicious. My wife and son's go-to dishes are the ravioli and manicotti. To top it off you must try the homemade Spumoni. The Pistachio, Strawberry and Chocolate flavors are so prominent which I find so pleasant. All natural and delicious. That is my go-to dessert at Frank's.
My family and I have been to Frank's Place a couple of times, and each dining experience has been great. The food has been absolutely delicious from Bruschetta, Eggplant Parmigiana, Caprese Salad, Manicotti, Ravioli, Lasagna, Frutti di Mare with a red sauce and Pasta Con Pinoli (mussels dish in a pesto cream sauce). The Spumoni ice cream was delicious, and a must have. The staff has been friendly as well. We look forward to...
