I have been to a bunch of Chinese restaurants in the area, but I always keep coming back to Leo's. The food is just better here, and some of the best Chinese cuisine you'll find in the East Bay. The unassuming family-run restaurant is rather small, but the service is excellent, and the food is always fresh and flavorful. And they are very agreeable to modifying a dish to suit your taste. The menu is large and features some unique dishes. The tangerine beef was a perfect combination of sweet, tangy, and crispy... almost like eating candy. And the dried cooked green beans are a regular favorite for me, crunchy and flavorful. They have a full bar and wine list too. Always a good meal here.

I travel a lot for work and love Chinese restaurants. This one one is superb. Pros Great location Great atmosphere Very authentic Delicious kung pao chicken(definitely recommend) Great sweet and sour soup and salad! Great price for the lunch special. Very clean and great interior. I wish most mom and pop places followed this interior design, it’s beautiful Cons Can’t think of any!!!!! Will come here again when in the area! I recommend you try it.

It's a nice restaurant with big windows and a terrace for outdoor dining. Service is awesome.

I went there for lunch. I had the salmon lunch special. It came eith hot sour soup, fried rice. And a small salad. I ordered extra of chow mein as a side. It was soo good. The salad 🥗 was sooo good. A light white dressing with like peanut crunchy stuff. The chow mein looked like a healthy like. Oh That was delicious! Salmon and rice were perfect. The sauce for the salmon. I loved it wasn't too sweet. Just had a good, tangy, flavorful, thickness. Yummy! I would go back.

Wasn't to expensive either for lunch....

Placed an order at 5:30 pm on Christmas day. Told me it was going to be ready at 7:15. I waited two hours in the waiting room filled with other people who ordered. The host kept saying they were working on it, but never gave me a time. A couple sat at a table, eat and left in the time I was in the waiting room. They were so overwhelmed. Canceled my order at 8:45 and went to McDonald’s and they made all the orders in 15 mins. Unorganized and the whole kitchen staff were screaming at each other, stay away from this place! They should of stopped taking orders if they couldn’t handle...
