I tired to place a large order online, with no success, I tried calling it in, no one answered the phone. I went in to order explaining that I tried ordering two different ways so they would be ready. So I place the order and ask how long the wait is and the manager Misty said “I will get to when I get to it” Like wow! Then she asks me to pick a different side because I was short 1 hush puppy. I said I would wait for the 1 hush puppy since I’ve been waiting 15 minutes anyway. She then came to bring me the food. I get back to work and we’re missing one of the orders. I go back on there very upset that this is what I’m having to deal with on my lunch hour. Misty is very rude and should not be working with people. I work in the medical field and it’s so sad to have had this experience for my first time at a long John’s because the food was good. I will never go back again and tell everyone I can not to either!...
Read moreThey won't answer the phone when I try to call to check on the availabily of a menu item. I realize business can be busy, but they don't answer after several calls, nor do they allow the caller to wait for an answer. I do NOT want to drive all the way over there to pick up an order only to find out the item is not available. Because of allergies, my choices on the menu are limited and I dont want to risk getting there and having nothing I can order.

Read moreWe were there for supper tonight around 4:30-5:30 pm. They had a rush in drive thru and several of us in the lobby. My family was impressed with what we witnessed. Every single employ was working together to make the orders happen. I heard no fussing or fighting. They were kind and helpful even at their busiest time. I with a couple of other patrons were looking for a knife and before I could ask, the employee over heard us talking and brought out some knives for us.
