Mountain Mike's Pizza — Restaurant in Danville

I have ordered from this mountain Mike’s quite a few times and it was what it was suppose to be. This time 3/10/23 I ordered two small pizzas one for my spouse and me. In the middle of eating my spouse screamed ewww and that there was a black hair baked into her pizza. I came and she was correct a black hair did not fall on the pizza it was baked into the cheese. I called mountain mikes Danville explained my problem and they kept offering to send a new pizza. My wife was disgusted and did not want anymore pizza after almost eating someone else’s hair or probably already eating a hair. He would not refund my pizza either and said a manager would call me back the next day. 3/11/23 No one called me back I I had to call after speaking to a manager he was making it difficult to receive a refund and at first said I never ordered there. I ordered directly from their website so they would save on DoorDash fees. Attached is picture. Beware of this location and check your pizza carefully...

It’s amazing how different one Mountain Mike’s can be from another, even when you order the same thing. You would think you could compare apples to apples, but my experience ordering from the Mountain Mike’s in San Ramon, they don’t compare to Mountain Mike’s in Danville.

1. Mountain Mike’s in Danville go over and above to offer great customer service. They are very friendly and helpful.
2. They take pride in keeping the restaurant clean and tidy.
3. They offer a nice, fresh salad bar.
4. They listen carefully to diet restrictions and make your order accordingly. Tried the gluten free crust and it was nice and light and crunchy!
5. They have good reception to watch the Warriors and or NINERS games too!
6. Ample parking...

Went here for lunch on MLK with a friend and we got the pizza buffet. The gentleman helping us was very friendly and nice. Asked us what kind of pizza we wanted before we sat down so he could make fresh pizza for us. I thought that was very thoughtful. He continued to check up on us and asked us if we wanted more and if we wanted a different type or the same.

Since we were the last ones to come in for buffet, when he brought the requested pizzas out to the buffet area, he was kind enough to give us a box so we can take home the extra ones that we couldn't eat. That's pretty awesome. If we ever eat pizza buffet in Danville for lunch,...
