Paciugo — Restaurant in Danville

This was our first time in. Our location is partned with a WhichWich sandwich shop so we ordered both sandwiches and coffees. We got a mocha with caramel and an affogato. The espresso is strong which is nice so you don't have to add extra shots to get a strong coffee flavor. The affogato was a new experience. It is gelato/ice cream (I got vanilla) and espresso. That's it. As the hot espresso melts some of the gelato you get a delicious creamy drink as well as a coffee flavored gelato. 2 amazing things in one cup! What could be better?! The staff was amazing! Best customer service experience we've had in years! They've definitely hired the right people! There were a surprising number of staff when we walked in and they all greeted us immediately and were so helpful. They eagerly answered any questions we had and put us at ease. We will be back! Next time I might try the birthday cake flavor in my affogato! The only thing I regret was that I wasn't able to add a tip when I paid by card. Maybe I needed to ask, but I didn't.
