Service was the worst ever, well after I received my order & found that there was a mistake on Bojangles behalf. The issue began with the cashier (Bethany). I don't really understand what's going on in the fast-food sector these days, where certain employee's have these nasty disrespectful, unprofessional behavior. I placed an to go order, I was in my car when I found the error. I only had one receipt. That was the one that the cashier gave me. That receipt only showed the transaction, check, number & what my card was actually charged. When I tried to explain to her, what was going on, that's when I started to receive the the unprofessional mannerisms from your employee Bethany. So I immediately asked for a manager, whom which solved the matter. The real reason for this complaint, is to bring the much needed attention to the unprofessional behavior that cash paying customers shouldn't have to deal with. Read moreThe inside now closes at 2, which makes it very hard on door Dashers because the line is super long and we have to mess up our ratings from declining or unassigning orders cuz we're not going to sit in that long line while there's other orders that can be taken.
Now you can't even get a doordash order out of there on time because they're too busy worried about everyone else except for doordash. They'll take the tickets and stick them up there and not even start making the meal. Stood there, was seen by multiple employees not one of them said anything to me.

The crowd behind us (also waiting) received their meals in the dining room first, my husband spoke up at the counter and even had to inform staff what we were waiting for. Once we finally sat down to eat, the food was still wrong. Macaroni & Cheese was thick and and pastey like it had been sitting in a hot pan all day, couldn't eat it. Buns were burnt on the sandwiches, fries were over seasoned (love bo's seasoning but too much will leave a mark in a negative way). The only thing that tasted fresh was the chicken. Now, there was a sweet lady in the dining room cleaning tables and taking up trash her area was on point and she communicated with customers in the dining room. On the other hand the entire kitchen area was run by young kids... dining room sweet lady knew what she was doing... the younger generation could have and should have taken...
