I get so tired of this particular McDonalds. It never fails. Every single time I come to this place, I never get all of my food. I have gone 3x the past 2 months and every single time, there is always food missing. Last two times I ordered kids meals with apples. $40 in food and not one of the three kids meals had any apples or sauce. Today I ordered almost $30 in food. I asked the lady, if my sauce was in the bag, because fast food restaurants have a reputation for not putting the sauce in the bag, unless you ask to reclarify the sauce is in the bag. The lady said yes. I than asked if this was all of it and she said yes. So I leave and agian 3 of the kids meals, were missing the apples and how the heck is it possible to forget french fries with a meal. Yes I littarly just got my hamburger and drink and no fries. Of course Im already down the road and theres 20 people in line, so agian for the 3rd time in 2 months I didn't get my food that I paid for. Worst Mcdonalds I have ever been too and to add insult to injury, they didn't even give the right sauce I ordered. Geez this place is sad. I don't ever post about a place, unless it's really good or really bad, so that should tell you something.
Update: March 2021, I tried giving this McDonalds another chance and agian this McDonalds is horrible. Besides the guy on the intercome saying "What you want" no other employee apologizes your existence. They take your money and start handing you food. On this date, I was given my food and instead of leaving, I pulled off in the parking lot to check to make sure all of my food was thier. Well what do you know, I was missing half of my food agian! They didn't even put my two fries in the bag with my big mac meals. How do you forget fries in a combo meal. Than they didn't even put the apples in all three of my kids meals. Not only that, they couldn't even fold up the kids meal boxes, all they did was leave them open and stacked them inside each other. So I had to get back in line agian and when I got to the pay window, I told the girl what happened and all she did was node her head and close the window and got back on her phone. There is absolutely no control over anything. There is 2 and 3 employees staring at the screen, but not a one checks the food going out. These are the same people wanting $15 an hour. While reading through comments, the owner one in charge of commenting on customer comments are non existent. I would be appauled if I was incharge of this Mcdonalds and would be apologizing to the hundreds of 1...
Read moreWorst McDonalds visit ever! Upon arrival the people at the register were taking way to long so we decided to try the new automated machine. The first thing it asks is to grab a table number from the side of the machine and enter the number so they know what table to bring it to. So we proceeded to place the order which was very easy. Now things take a turn in the opposite direction. The machine submits our order but does not give us a receipt, so they wife asked the employee what she needs to do. Ok so now they know we do not have a receipt but we are ok with that. While were getting our drinks, which did not have any carbonation, they scream out a number After nobody responds they scream out the number again. Again nobody answers, so they then scream out one of the burgers we ordered. Now we know it was our order so we walk up to see what was going on. They let us know they only had one apple pie and wanted to know if they could substitute a strawberry pie in its place, understanding things happen we are glad to accept the strawberry pie. Now a few more minutes pass and they begin screaming the same number. Knowing that was the same number we heard prior we just assumed it was ours. So im not sure why we had to get this table number which happened to be 2 for them to know which table to take it to, and they knew we didn't get a receipt why call out a receipt number we never got and still had to go up to the register to get it. Still doing ok we begin to eat when one of the employees had some family members arrive to visit One of these family members walked past our table so they could sit at a table behind us since this table had lights inside that you can play with. While walking by they have to sneeze, and not only did they not try to cover their mouth the looked right at my daughter and sneezed on her without even an apology! For the next 15 minutes we had to listen while these woman compained about life and baby daddy's and the whole time the kids are standing on the table with...
Read moreEvery time I visit this location, it’s always an unpleasant experience. The only reason I still go is it’s the closest one to me, but not after today. 1 visit the employees immediately told me to use the kiosk instead of taking my order. They didn’t greet me nor did they give me the option for them to take my order. Another visit the employees were using profanity, saying the “N word” and I mean loud so everyone dining in could hear them. Then today, I went and my burger bread was burnt. They asked me to pull to the front window which I did and waited 15-20 minutes, no one ever came. I went inside and there were more people, upset and also waiting on their orders, some waiting for missing items, and a door dash worker was also there arguing with one of the employees that was she in fact was at the correct location and had been waiting way too long for the food so she could complete her delivery. The lady was so unprofessional she was yelling “what you had” referring to their order. Oh yeah, she also told them to stop taking orders, and the drive through line was long. The drink stations are never clean or fully stocked. People were having to ask for lids from behind the counter. The food is never fresh. That’s why we started dining in sometimes just to ensure we had hot, fresh food. They also don’t properly wrap the burgers in the wrapping paper so when I go to eat my burger, it’s visible and hanging outside of the paper. This place needs new management and the workers need to be trained properly on customer service, communication, and how to handle rush...
