I came here Friday at 10:01 Not even going to being to complain about waiting to order for over 10 mins in the drive thru. My issue is the girl at the window that took my card thought I wouldn’t notice (seeing is I was on the phone) but she ducked down under the register for quite some time with my card… now I know she was getting my card information. Literally took about 3 minutes for her to give my card back, this entire time I am watching her act very odd. When she came back to the window I asked her”is something wrong with my card?” She then replied very shaker “oh no I had did something wrong on the computer putting your order in?” Let’s fast forward to 12:10am tonight my phone goes off saying my card had been used online for Netflix. This is a brand new card that has no subscriptions tied to it. I will be going to the Daphne Police station in the morning, filing a report and press charges when the time comes. I will then go back to sonic and get this young woman’s information (she had short curly brown hair) my receipt says “Aaron” I’m guessing this is not her name, probably used another employees info. Read moreThis is the WORST Sonic on the Eastern Shore! The only positive thing that I have to say is that the staff are polite to me, but the business operations are a disaster. The quality of menu items received is almost always subpar. I only visited today because I was given a Sonic gift card. We gave up on getting milkshakes at this location years ago, because they could never make them properly. Today, I sat at the main drive thru speaker for almost TEN minutes before anyone even said a word to me! When someone finally spoke to me, they did apologize for my wait and said they were in the middle of a shift change, but this reflects terribly on management. I feel bad for the employees that have to work in such a rundown location. Fix the damn potholes, it's been years! I have about $10 left on my gift card but I won't be returning to this location anymore. And I've seen the other responses to negative reviews, don't bother encouraging me to escalate my feedback to the franchise owner, that is not my job... it is Sonics responsibility to hold their franchises accountable. Read moreJust avoid this Sonic! My mobile order was missing items and some items we did get were completely wrong. Like a $7 medium Oreo peanut butter & cheesecake blast that they brought out and it was literally a medium cup of ice cream with melted peanut butter on top. I didn’t pay money to not receive what I ordered. I’m happy to be asked for a replacement if they’re out of items, but that was not what was offered or even mentioned. When we tried to push the red button after these issues, they never answered. After 15-30 minutes of waiting we finally had to go to the door just to find out they were out of the items and we needed to go online to request a refund. They didn’t want to tell us that when bringing us the order and instead thought we’d just drive away after paying for things we didn’t receive? I’m happy to make things right by receiving a replacement or something but to just expect customers to pay money and not get their order is wild to me. We did get a refund after calling Sonic customer support but we wasted probably at least 45 minutes there waiting...
