Hostess sat us at a high top in the bar when I was clearly a person with a DISABILITY couldn't get up & down to properly help myself to the buffet; clearly a negative. When I told the assistant manager her only response was "sorry" and did nothing to rectify the situation; poor customer relations; unprofessional, another negative . Bartender who was our server was lacking, he also fell short; another negative. I wanted medium-rare which at first we were accommodated then it quickly slacked off. The medium rare meat we did get was delicious just wasn't enough selection for medium rare. But the meat carvers were the most courteous and professional of all the staff I encountered. Had to ask for a lot of things on the menu that didn't seem to be coming out of the kitchen (they boast around 17 items that are carried out and not on the buffet) they were "MIA"; yet another negative. However when we did finally get the ravioli that we requested I would say that it was perfectly executed. Can't comment on the buffet because of where I was seated and my disability made it impossible to help myself; still ANOTHER NEGATIVE!!! Common Sense would tell you to seat someone with a disability closer to the buffet; unacceptable!!! Especially being their first time! Less than stellar experience. The drink from the bar a Brazilian specialty made with vodka and passion fruit was delicious. Butternut squash soup was too sweet as well as the pineapple was terribly sweet & unedible. We were never offered dessert which they do a presentation another thing we were deprived of; surprisingly another negative!!! We had to flag down the manager because our server/bartender was so slow & MIA!!! Finally the manager had to present us the bill but when I call him over he was confused as to why??? Shockingly he asked "you want me"? Not the response I would expect from a manager, he should've been more concern of the lack of service we were receiving! I don't mind paying a premium price however I expect to have exceptional service! All in all it was a disappointing & a negative experience. I can think of better restaurants with better service for the price. Not impressed!!! Disappointed and unsatisfied. In total violation of the "Acts of disabilities" Incomprehensible &...
Read moreThis was the second year we bought gift certificates for our kids. The first year NO money was loaded on the gift cards even tho we had a receipt that it was paid. My boys went there and the gift cards didn’t work. We had to go back with the receipt to get the cards loaded with money. While we were there we noticed the gift card promotion. Buy a $50 card get a $10 card , spend $100 and get a $25 card. We didn’t get those but they gave it to us when we asked about it.
This year we went back (stupid move on our part but our boys love this place!!). My husband made sure the cards were loaded this time. We left and did more shopping. On our way past the BG we saw the banner saying gift card promotions. I asked my husband if he got those. NO, AGAIN!!! I went in and asked to speak to the manager. Explained what happened and told him the girls at the front desk, hostess or whoever, should automatically give those out with gift card purchase. I mean how hard is that to remember at Christmas?? He says they are all told to do so. I’m beginning to think that’s not true! He said he would take care of it and left. Another girl, do not know who she was but very pleasant, came back and gave me a few $15 “coupons” not to be used with any other promotion (gift cards). And one card was good for 2 dinners at a sitting, expiring in March 2024 . They don’t even give you the year to use them. This seems to NOT be worth it!!! Everywhere else you go they give you an actual extra gift card to be used, NOT a gimmicky bogus “coupon”. I have never been here and will NEVER go and will NOT be back for gift cards next year. I feel as tho this is false advertising. The manager seemed to not care less and didn’t apologize. The girl that gave me the coupons did, which I appreciated. Thanks for nothing...
Read moreI am writing to share some feedback from my recent experiences at your esteemed establishment, which my family and I frequent regularly. We deeply appreciate the ambiance and culinary offerings your restaurant provides, making every visit memorable.
However, I feel compelled to bring to your attention an important safety concern that has been a consistent issue for us. The flooring in your restaurant, particularly at the end of the dining area, seems unusually slippery. This has been a noticeable challenge not only for my family – regardless of the type of shoes we wear – but also potentially for other patrons, especially the elderly who frequent your restaurant.
On several occasions, we have found ourselves slipping while simply getting up from our chairs. Just today, I nearly lost my balance five times. This experience can be quite alarming and poses a safety risk that I believe warrants immediate attention.
While I understand that maintaining cleanliness and aesthetics is important, the current state of the floor might be counterproductive if it compromises the safety of your guests. I recall that the flooring is supposed to be anti-slip, yet our experiences suggest otherwise.
I am confident that bringing this to your attention will lead to a prompt and suitable solution, ensuring a safer dining environment for all your guests. We look forward to many more enjoyable visits to Brazilian grill, hopefully with an improved and safer flooring situation.
Thank you for taking the time to consider this feedback. We greatly appreciate your commitment to providing not only exceptional food and service but also a safe and comfortable environment for...
