I had absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a coffee shop this afternoon at this location around 5:00 PM. There have been small problems before, and usually the girls at the window have the worst attitudes but this experience really made me so angry. I kept my cool, but I refused to pay. First when it was time to order I was asked to wait a few minutes at the speaker, that’s fine…. Then the girl asked what she can get me. I ordered the brown sugar cold brew she said “we don’t have any cold brew” okay, no problem so I ordered a medium iced cappuccino with 6 French vanilla swirl, 5 sugar, and sweet cold foam on the top. The girl says “I’m sorry I don’t know where any of this is, I’m new…. Hold on. “ okay so I wait…. Then she says “can you repeat that? - I repeated it 3 times. I ask for the total she says “one minute” then she quotes me almost $6. It sounded very high for a drink I order constantly but I figured okay maybe the prices just went up. I pull up, and the girl at the window (the only one person who actually was polite and helpful and clearly felt bad) asked what I ordered I told her and she said okay, well there were 3 other people in there with her. 2 clueless boys and one clueless girl with a mask on but I could still tell she had an attitude and could hear her snarky remarks. I was watching these boys struggle to make my drink for over 10 minutes yall!!! I swear if you look at the chart for the timer you will see my speaker to window time and see what a joke it was. I ended up spending 16 minutes at this drive thru when it should have been a 2 minute trip. These kids had no idea what they were doing. Both kept fumbling the cups as well, and I asked the really nice girl “I don’t have to pay for a drink that is taking them over 10 minutes to make do i?” She said “nooo;” and a couple minutes later the kid with the glasses young white kid couldn’t be older than 16 probably gave me a cup with liquid in it that looked like a big cup of cream!!! It was sooooo white!!! I took a sip, he said “how does it taste?” I said like blended ice. It was like q smoothie . I didn’t want a smoothie I wanted an iced cappuccino. I said “you know what, I don’t want this. Just give me a strawberry refresher with 5 sugars please” He says “I can remake it” I said “is it going to take another 10 minutes?” He said “no about 3 minutes” I said “fine” then he asks why I’m not cashed out yet, I said “She said I didn’t have to pay I’ve been here over 10 minutes waiting on one drink!!!” The other 3 kids were like very mad that I wasn’t going to pay when the nice girl with the long hair said I didn’t have to because of the inconvienxe. I was waiting FOREVER. So then the dork with the glasses tells me to pull up and he’ll bring my new drink out. I said fine. I pulled up and over to the side as far as I could, and the lady behind me was stuck behind me as she couldn’t even squeeze past me. Then the kid finally comes out with a different cup but slightly darker off white colored drink. I tasted it’d it was blended ice still and super light and didn’t taste like French vanilla. Honestly I wouldn’t be surprised if they spit in it. & then I was late for where I had to be. The only good employee on at the time was the nice girl with the long hair, skinny and pretty who clearly felt bad that she had to train all these kids. Don’t hire kids who don’t know how to make a drink or talk to a customer at the window. I visit this location 5-6 times a week for the past almost 7 years and I have to say the only good employees are the skinny black kid who works afternoons I don’t know his name but he’s always nice and that really sweet girl who works overnights she is always a sweetie and I always tip her well. Not returning to this location anytime soon. If I wanted a cup of sugar milk I could have made it myself at home and saved myself...
Read moreVisiting in from out of town. I ordered a large ice Macchiato but asked that the ice be put into a separate cup. It was 96° out this particular day and I didn't want the ice to water down my beverage but I still wanted the option of having the ice to add. I was given a cup of coffee filled "less than half way" with a cup of ice filled "about 65% of the way". This was a mess of an order. I ended up paying double for my Macchiato because the manager insisted that if I wanted a large cold Macchiato filled to the top that it would cost double to do so and so I did because we had a long travel day ahead of us and the coffee would help to keep me alert. My traveling companion's order was also made incorrectly and once we got about 5 minutes down the road we had discovered their coffee didn't have any sugar or the "oat milk" in their beverage in which we paid an additional cost for as well. This service at this place shows the Dunkin Donuts franchise in a bad light; However we finally made it back home to our neighborhood "DD" where the service is always friendly and the coffee...
Read moreI had one of the worst experience here. The lady who took my order is so rude. If I was manager, I would've fired her in one second when I had pulled up to the drive-through and asked for my bagel to be evenly spread on both part of the bagel they were confused and didn't understand and I kept telling them what I wanted when I got my order they didn't do it which I figured so I went up to the window. Ask the lady the lady go to the I'll give you another cream cheese, then some other lady goes. What did you want? I said the other part of my bagel has no cream cheese on it and she goes you'll have to pay for the other cream cheese. I said usually people spread it on both. This is not a sandwich. She grabbed it so quick out of my hand, huffing and puffing. This was yesterday at around 10 o'clock. It sucks out. The younger generation has no idea how to act with people, but the managers really need to teach them when they should hire them in the...
