Rainoni's Pizza — Restaurant in Dartmouth

This place will always have a special place in my heart. Used to get this pizza in elementary school in Dartmouth and have loved it ever since. My most recent visit was in August 2022. Called in an order for pickup and surprised to see the new mall location. Pretty much now is the only food place in the mall compared to the old food court from years ago. But asked if we could get the buy 1 get a cheese free deal and he said you need the coupon on the box but this time he would give us the deal. Customer service was great. The linguica pizza is always my favorite but you can’t go wrong with cheese. Yes it is expensive but if you can get a coupon or deal it’s worth it! The biggest pizza they have is 24 inch and man is it big! Great New York...

Wanted to have a nostalgic moment and took a 15-minute drive to unbeknownst to me the newly renovated restaurant. I was greeted with a big smile by a familiar face and staple Corey, that guy is hilarious 😂 so A++ on customer service. I ordered a linguica, onion and banana pepper pizza and I was not disappointed. It was just as I remembered-an extremely large, 'New York style pizza' with a thin, crispy crust slightly charred to my taste. The sauce was sweet and savory, and the toppings were fresh with the perfect ratio balance. This evening I went to get a chicken ceaser salad wrap. The man who appears to be in charge asked for my order. I stepped up and he proceeded to tell me how my hair is cultural appropriation! I didn’t know I wear my race written on my forehead for him to even say this to me before ordering my food. I should have just walked away, especially when I went down to the end to wait and the girl gave me an attitude to go order to the left….I had already ordered!
