Pulled up to the restaurant drive-through and visibly saw no one. Waited for someone to speak/greet me at the intercom and a few minutes go by. I decided to take the initiative and greet the greeter. He responded, almost immediately and said, "Yeah, can you hold please?" I responded with "Yes". It feels like 5 minutes pass and, with frustration, I say, "Hello, I don't see anyone, can I order yet?" The man responds "Yes". I kept it friendly and he responded in kind. Outside of the wait, the man was friendly, detail-oriented and kind. It seems there were only 2 people working - him, and a gal seemingly running like a chicken with its head cut off, managing the restaurant. The food was presented in a quality manner, it was hot and made pretty well, actually. I have to say, considering the low staffing, I was pleased with my drive-through visit and will keep coming back to the Elmore Ave Burger King. Hats off to all of you working, staying positive and keeping America...
Read moreTough time at this one. It was totally empty when I arrived. Three staff standing by drive through windows chatting and chatting and, did I mention chatting? I had to ask for help twice before got anyone’s attention.
Placed my order. Then waited 17 minutes for order to be ready. reminder - I was the only customer inside and no one in drive through.
Something told me to check my order prior to leaving. Glad I did as it was not correct. When I asked that it be corrected, the front counter employee literally grunted and said fine. Took the bag and walked around to prep area. Opened both sandwiches and took off the incorrect items and rewrapped them. Bagged them came around counted and dropped bag on counter and said, “see we do do it your way. Have a good day.”

Read moreWhere to begin... Went this morning to grab breakfast on my way to work... Nobody working the front counter. Took them forever to even acknowledge me. The girl who took my order was nice and polite. Took my order, read it back. Fine. Took forever. At one point my food was ready and in the window. But the girl from the drive through too it to fill the drive through order... Who came in AFTER I did. I counted, 6 drive through orders before they filled mine. The explanation I was given, by the rude girl from the drive up, "we are on a time schedule". So is the lobby. So am I. After I finally got my food, the order wasn't right. I had to call back to talk to the manager about my order being wrong... Ugh. It's not rocket science or brain surgery. And yet they...
