Dunkin' — Restaurant in Davie

The GM needs to go. She is terrible. She handled my drink right after blowing her nose. GROSS! I'm even with the drive-thru window and she has my coffee in her hands and makes me pull up 10 feet before she would hand it to me. I said this is ridiculous and she actually pulled my drink away from me. I asked for my receipt and she said come inside and get it. Really? I don't go inside because it is so crowded. I should not be spoken to by a GM that way. Inappropriate way for management to act. I've ordered my coffee at 4:30am and drove to the store to find no one but the donut guy there. This has happened about 10 times this past year. I've lost and wasted my free drinks and money I've spent on my coffee because I have to drive to another location. This GM is never nice or pleasant. She doesn't deserve this position. She has handled me my drink before and with such force I'm surprised the plastic cup didn't break. This location is so busy that they need a GM that actually cares about customers. I certainly hope this gets the owners attention because Dunkin headquarters don't care. This location is going to lose a lot of customers...

EDITED (2022): I wanted to update this since they have renovated and made some nice changes. They are quickly getting through the lines now, and their food is starting to taste much fresher - it does not have the freezer taste as it used to. The store front and inside look much cleaner too. They go through the line relatively quickly, and they have an employee out front taking orders from the line if it gets too long. I would give 5 stars but I am not keen on the employees coming to my car asking to take my phone around the corner for my payment. I get that they are trying to process payment quickly to move the line, but I don't need the attitude if I refuse to give over my phone.

I just bought a sweet black pepper bacon egg and cheese croissant and when I got home the only thing on the croissant was sweet black pepper bacon and cheese that's not cool the second problem with my visit tonight was the young lady that was at the window it's 9:55 on February 4th she has pink tips and her hair was clearly intoxicated slurring her words and then when I said something to her about it she told me to shhh she was also too busy talking to her friends than tending to my order she asked me several different times which Donuts that I ordered I told her the donuts that I ordered and she messed up several different times I believe it's very unprofessional to run a business like that especially come to work and toxicated I am paying you guys money for food and I'm not getting who what I paid for it so I'm giving you a one I would give you a 0 if I could .
