McDonald's — Restaurant in Davie

Okay if you like to be parked in the parking lot for 15-25 minutes for your food then this is the McDonald’s for you. Literally not even joking hand to god I once went to this McDonald’s for a single McChicken and they asked me to park. I asked the guy who told me to park why I need to park if it’s a single McChicken and in the rudest attitude he responded with, “Because it’s not ready yet” I would understand if theirs like 5+ people behind me in the Drive thru waiting but their was only one other person behind me in the Drive thru. And what’s with rule about only being allowed to give people 2 BBQ sauces. Again Hand to God I ordered one time at least 6 McChickens and 6 large fries and when I asked for BBQ sauce the man came back with two Packs of them. So for 6 large fries and 6 McChickens I’m suppose to use 2 packs of BBQ sauce and when I asked for more they said it I would have to pay 16 cents per pack. This is the absolute worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to and I never be buy from here ever again instead I will drive the extra 4 minutes to the next closest McDonald’s which is down the road from this one where they don’t ask me to park and wait 15-25 minutes for my food and where they don’t charge me for wanting more BBQ sauce. Honestly 1 star is being generous for this place if their was the option I would give zero stars. I hope this place runs out of Business and the owner goes bankrupt because that’s what he or she deserves for running a business this horrible. One more thing so before posting this I went to this McDonald’s I’m writing about to give it one more chance and I ordered 4 McChicken and two large fries and of course I was asked to park. I revived my food and went home. When I got home to eat the large fries were half full. If I wanted medium fries I would have ordered a medium fries but I ordered large fries expecting to get large fries and what did I get medium fries in a large fries container. Again this place is the worst and I hope it runs out of business. The people running this place are criminals and a class action lawsuit should be filed against them I would join in on...

My siblings and I went to ordered some food on drive through last night, and kindly asked the lady to please do separate orders because each of us wanted to to pay our own stuff. To which the lady was super rude and said she didn’t have time to do that. Then we paid with a big bill and she almost literally threw our drinks on our faces, also she said yelled to us “if you have enough money why are you asking for separate orders” which I found super disrespectful. Then she comes back with the change but she doesn’t give us a receipt. Throughout this whole times I stayed still and calm. But I do ask once again nicely for a receipt to what she at first tells me she printer isn’t working, so I told her “then can you please let me know the total of everything because we need to split it” and she says to us to drive to the front door and wait there that she was gonna bring our receipt. We do that and we got down the car, and the front door was locked, we knocked and she was watching us but just never went out. At this point I did get super upset and drove on drive through’s window again, she hide and some other lady was at the window. I explained the situation and how her coworker was extremely rude and disrespectful and asked to speak to a manager. It turned out that the disrespectful woman was the manager in charge for the night so she called her and she had to come out. When she saw it was us left for another while and had us waiting, then she finally came back with the receipt but literally threw it on our face. The I just said “Finally, and by the way terrible costumer service”. Then we left. Such a bad experience. I do not understand how they can have as a manager somebody with that attitude. Drive thru lady was so rude and my order was wrong. Received fries halfway full and had salt. I asked for fries NO salt and she had the nerve to accuse me of eating them. Mind you, she just handed them to me a minute before. I must be a trash compactor. Worst McDonald's ever!!!!! I wouldn't recommend them, not even to my worst enemy. It was close to closing, and I understand, but you don't short serve your customer. I asked her to remake them, and she stated they were closed and I can come back tomorrow for my fries. I will be canceling my order with my bank. I will not pay for half of a meal. Also, I asked for extra sauce on my big Mac, and they splattered it so much that I had to wipe my hands with a bunch of napkins. Horrible experience. The best part I had to ask for napkins cuz they hadn't put any at all in the bag. Not surprised after reading the reviews. So many complaints and same as mine fries half way full, smh.
