Horrible customer service and disgusting food I will never order from this place again. I placed an online order and showed up to pick it up 10 mins later, this happened at 9:10 pm (they close at 9:30). When I walked in I said good evening to the worker, who did not reply and was clearly annoyed. She replied, "I've been waiting for you to close for 10 minutes." Mind you, they should still be open for another 20 mins. My food was all over the place, the order was not sealed, and the wrapper that my order came in was stained with some black substance. Upon walking out, the employee shouted " thank you" very loudly. At this point it was clear that she was ready to close about 30 minutes before their advertised closing time had my order not come in. It was also very clear that she was either inebriated or high on something. Funny enough, a few months back I was coincidentally picking up an order from here (the other worker, a bigger guy with tats thankfully took care of it), and I believe the same employee showed up, not dressed in uniform and looking high, and tried to get meatballs from the other employee that was working there, he declined. On another occasion when she was behind the counter, she had a TV show blasting in Spanish, to the point where one could not even be inside the establishment. Just some info in case management even cares about these reviews. Anyway, needless to say, I did not eat the food as I did not know what that black stuff on the wrapper was. The order also barely had any chicken and the bread was the wrong type. I went to a nearby restaurant instead. The moment they remove this employee from their payroll, I might return here. I will also post this review in the local community app, so others know to watch out for this. Read moreI dont normally leave review like this but after my experience last week and this week and now seeing some other reviews I am leaving this. I dont know what happened to the older staff there but the new lady there, short and hispanic is the most rude person I have dealt with. Last week when I ordered online and went to pick it up I told her my order was wrong and she flat out ignored me. I stood there a few minutes before I finally just left and dealt with it. I ordered online again today and get there and she barely acknowledges me until I say I am here for a pickup(mind you I was there after the time it said it would be ready), it wasnt in the pickup spot so at first I thought maybe I was early but no my sandwich was just sitting on top of the register and it was cold. She told me to grab a cup handed me my sandwich and just turned and left. Of course when I went back to work to eat it, the bread was burnt from over toasting it, the bread she used was so small its was the size of what should be in a kiddie meal, there was hardly any meat in there and maybe one slice of cheese. I ordered the philly which is supposed to be double cheese. The vegetables were just tossed in there and not toasted with it. It was not busy in there at all matter of a fact there was one person eating and thats it so why such poor quality food and service. I will not order from this location again after 2 bad experiences and rude employee and I would not be surprised if that location doesnt last much longer since its never busy in there even at lunch time. Read moreJust by reading some of the reviews, I should’ve not ordered from here, but did anyway cause it’s close to my house. Where do I start? First tried ordering online on a Sunday afternoon and it said that they weren’t taking online order’s. So ordered the very next day. Placed the order for 2 subs, a Philly and a tuna at 1:40pm said it would be ready at 1:55pm. I was running a little late and didn’t get there until 2:05. I walk in and the employee told me she hadn’t done them yet and that I had to wait. As I’m waiting she’s telling me what’s in the order she says that she can work faster if I tell her what it is instead of reading the print out. By this point it’s already 2:20 and there was only one person she was making a sub for. Didn’t have a majority of the ingredients and while making the subs she decides to pick up her cellphone and have a conversation with someone and I told her if it’s an emergency I can understand, but if not she needs to get off the phone and make the subs that should’ve been done a half hour ago.
