The moment I walked in is when my poor experience began. I was glad to see on the door as I walked in that the dining room was open until 10pm. I thought they closed earlier. But, when I walked in I was surprised to see the entire dining room "torn apart". Literally every single table and chair from one side of the restaurant were all pushed and jammed in to the middle of the dining area. There was an employee cleaning some of the booths, but she didn't see or greet me when I walked in. Mind you there was not one other patron in the restaurant. I walked toward the counter to place my order, but the line queue had a large dust mop across the middle of it leaning against the hand rail and was in attended. I then noticed that there were 2 large coffee machines/dispensers on the counter next to the cash register. They were open and just sitting there. Behind the counter there was an employee busy doing something with a huge trash can right near the register, but she had no idea I was even in the building let alone 5 feet away from her. So I just stood there waiting for here to acknowledge me so I could come to the counter. She never did. After about 2 minutes of standing there the employee behind me who was cleaning when I walked in yelled up to the girl at the counter that she had someone in line and asked if she even knew. The girl behind the counter turned around and looked at me and said "oh, yeah...". She then proceeded to come tinue doing what she was doing and after about a minute finally made her way over to the register. When she finally got there she looked at me and at what I would almost call a whisper asked "do you know what you want?" - I then gave her my order. She punched in the order and then just looked at me, but didn't say anything. After about 10 awkward seconds I told her that was all. She took my card and paid the order. She gave e me my receipt without saying a word and walked away. As I stood there I realized she had never given me my drink cup. But I figured I'd just get it when the order came out. - As I stood there I realized that this Arby's is completely in organized and poorly managed. A woman came up from the back and grabbed a "1/2 pound" sandwich and yelled "why is there a 1/2 pound up here?" (There was no one in the drive thru or in the restaurant. The girl in the back who makes the sandwiches then yelled "I don't know! I handed out the order so it must be an extra" - at that moment my order came up (wouldn't know since no one said anything) so I went to the counter and got my tray and then had to still ask for my drink cup. The girl said "oh" and handed me a cup without a word. I finally sat down and decided to start with my curly fries. Let me tell you.... These fries were HORRIBLE. They tasted old and we're extremely hard, chewy and not very warm, much less hot. Literally the worst I've ever had from any Arby's. While I'm having this experience the guy who was shorted his half pound sandwich came back to get his food. Turns out that he is related to an employee. They gave him the old sandwich, made him a new one and also gave him free fries. Surely he was unaware of what he was about to experience. As I sat there observing this there were other employees yelling from the dining room to the back of the kitchen about personal jokes or something, just socializing. Which I thought was extremely rude. I don't care if I'm the only person in the restaurant. I don't care if it's 9pm. You're open until 10pm. I should be able to eat good, hot, fresh food by myself and not be bothered by half the restaurant being sanitized, furniture being pushed around, employees yelling and now as I type this, a mop be pushed right next to me and more furniture be drug and pushed making obnoxious sounds. This is by far my worst experience at an Arby's. And let me solidify this by saying that this is not the first, second or 10th time I've been disappointed by...
Read moreThe food tasted decent, and the restaurant was clean, but that's about all the good there was. The server had no personality. Maybe she was new and nervous, but she could've at least tried to fake a smile. I wouldn't gripe about just that though; not a big deal. She asked if it was for here or to go, and then served it on a tray even though I had said it was to go. Eh, mistakes happen; I can ignore that too. I specifically said, "light Arby's sauce" on my sandwich. When I got on the road, I found my half-pound been n cheddar had no sleeve to hold it while eating, and so much Arby's sauce there were literally two puddles in the bottom of the box! The outside edges of the sandwich were cold to the touch; cold, not lukewarm. Most of the inside was lukewarm, but one small spot near the middle was oddly piping hot. They managed to not screw up the mozzarella sticks though, and the beef on the sandwich was at least fresh tasting, so while I don't expect I'll go back there again, at least it wasn't gross. Seriously, how do you confuse "light"...
Read moreI've been to Arby's probably 300 times or more over the past 40 years and this was BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD, PROBABLY IN ALL THE "FAST FOOD" that I have ever been to. First, of course the shake machine was "broken" because it was night time and that's what they do. They gave us COLD Roast Beef sandwiches with such soggy bread that it was obviousthey had sat there forever and they threwthem in the microwave, 2 of the wrong Chicken sandwiches that had the entire wrong items on each, chicken nuggets that were ALL JUST EXTREMELY HARD BREADING, that's all, my dog wouldn't even eat it. No lie. Then, to top it off, they didn't give us any of the sauces for sandwiches nor dipping sauces for the BREADING, or chicken nuggets. I own numerous businesses and I would be far beyond embarrassed to say that was an establishment that I was even partially tied too. THIS WAS ALL 2.5+ HOURS BEFORE THEY CLOSED....
