Kung Fu BBQ at the Silos. The service was great. Collard greens were fantastic. Chicken Thighs were really good, just a little dry. The Mac and Cheese was awesome. I am a complete Brisket Snob, in saying that, it was dry, and a little chewy. The seasoning was good but not enough good bark. Let's talk about that sauce, now that's just plain amazing. The brisket was tasty, however I ordered one pound to go and I weighed it when I got home and it was only 12 ounces. Definitely not worth the $30...
