As always, Nood Bar was incredible! The special today was the crab boil ramen, absolutely incredible...weirdly, my only critique is to leave out the ramen! The corn, meat, broth and crab cake thing was soooooooo good, I wanted nothing to do with the noodles. I want to buy the broth and drink it by the gallon! Crab rangoon was also perfect. I hope the boil becomes a permanent menu item, if you prefer more soupy ramen, like I do, I would ask if they can do extra broth or just half the noodles.

I saw a TikTok post that caught my attention regarding this eatery. It took some time but I finally was able to visit, while in the area, for lunch. Let me say, they do not disappoint at all. I got the Chicken Ramen and fell in love! The flavors were amazing and the collars complimented the bowl very well!! Definitely going to be come back!

The Nood Bar is in The Silos, which has a fantastic atmosphere. The menu is short so ordering is pretty fast and easy. It was also ready very fast. The Chicken Ramen was tasty. My partner was a little disappointed you had to pay extra for chili oil. This item doesn’t have a flame beside it on the menu, and it wasn’t spicy.

This place is unmatched. The menu? A masterpiece. Each dish is meticulously crafted with bold, innovative flavors that you won’t find anywhere else. The chef? Clearly takes pride in sourcing the finest ingredients and it shows in every bite. What really sets this place apart though is the buzz - they have been selling out and it’s no surprise as to why. The service is friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, which only adds to the experience. It's not often you find a place where the food is not only delicious, but also so unique that it feels like a culinary adventure. You’ll find dishes here that you won’t see anywhere else, and trust me you don’t want to miss out. The chef has a remarkable ability to push boundaries while keeping everything delicious and accessible. Every plate feels like a work of art. The fact that they keep selling out speaks volumes; this is a place that everyone is eager to come back to, and for good reason!

If you haven’t been yet, do yourself a favor and get a there ASAP - it’s worth the hype...

Ordered the khao soi and crab Rangoon and both were great. Crab Rangoon was not traditional but still good in their own way. Khao soi was excellent, had great noodles, decent amount of protein, good portion size, and nice spice. The only thing that would make it perfect is that it is missing palm sugar, so that sweet balance to mix with the spicy and savory wasn't there, but very good regardless. Service was okay, person who took the order didn't seem to excited to be there, maybe having a bad day? Overall a good experience would love to try more. Not sure what's with the bad reviews. It's basically a food truck so expect to be paying food...
