Khao soi was excellent, had great noodles, decent amount of protein, good portion size, and nice spice. The only thing that would make it perfect is that it is missing palm sugar, so that sweet balance to mix with the spicy and savory wasn't there, but very good regardless. Service was okay, person who took the order didn't seem to excited to be there, maybe having a bad day? Overall a good experience would love to try more. Not sure what's with the bad reviews. It's basically a food truck so expect to be paying food...

The corn, meat, broth and crab cake thing was soooooooo good, I wanted nothing to do with the noodles. I want to buy the broth and drink it by the gallon! Crab rangoon was also perfect. I hope the boil becomes a permanent menu item, if you prefer more soupy ramen, like I do, I would ask if they can do extra broth or just half...
