Newcom's — Restaurant in Dayton

Tonight RUINED my experience. The bartenders were okay, but the staff that was checking the door were judgemental and rude. I've gone here several times before and had okay times, but tonight ruined my experience. I was asked not to throw up and fall all over people when I got to the door after I hadn't had a single drink. I was hesitant to drink at their bar after the unfriendly greeting, but, I did anyways because my friend worked there. I left, I was then waiting outside for my friends. I was minding my own business when the braided white boy doing security came up to me and started screaming in my face that I was kicked out (AFTER I left on my own account because he was mad at other people people that were causing a scene outside the bar. The bar has a fun dance floor on the second floor with strobe lights. The drinks are pretty standard. The DJ wasn’t the best when I went last time, but I’ve had good experiences there as well. Floor was a little sticky. On the first floor they have some tables for playing beer pong which is pretty unique for a bar. The have a drink bar upstairs and downstairs. Upstairs will reach capacity later in the night so you have to wait which isn’t fun, sometimes they don’t let you go up if you’re a guy and don’t have a lady with you. Horrible staff. I go to get in the door tonight Friday. To be charged 5$ but all of my friends before didn't. When I asked to speak to a manager I was simple told there wasn't one there. An that they would arrive at 12:30. Needless to say after getting my 5$ stolen! I asked the guy at the front door again about getting my money back. An he just laughed an told us to beat it. I highly do not recommend this place to anyone they are sneaky an rip people off there hard earned money. Very dissapointed with staff an the way I was treated. This place is very disappointing.
