The pizza I just had was not made by someone who cares about pizza. The photos speak for themselves: the crust was semi-cooked as bottom of the pizza was white, and it was gummy to eat. The 2 stars were earned solely from their spicy sauce which was genuinely awesome and should have been on some chicken bc again that sauce is outstanding!...but the pizza contributed 0 to that star count. I'm genuinely disappointed that this place was all hype, this was simply not good pizza. I know I ordered near closing time, but just look at the pic of the bottom- it's stark white, why in god's name wouldn't someone put that back in the oven? It's clearly not done and for $25 I kinda expect someone to care a just a little about how it turns out. To be thorough, this also was not new york style pizza- yes the slices are large; but the dough is 2-3x as thick as it should be and there's too much cheese for that style. This is closer to papa johns but with much better sauces.

I've tried Pizza Bandit a few times now, and I am less than impressed. I think what gets people in, is their crazy combinations and Facebook presence. In my experience, their pizza just has not been good. The sauces are what makes their pizza, and you shouldn't have to douse pizza in random sauce to make it tolerable. On my most recent order, we ordered ahead of time by more than 12 hours, with a specific pick-up time, and our pizza was ready 35 mins early, (you get a text when your order is ready). We were in the middle of grocery shopping on the other side of town, and couldn't just drop everything to go pick up our pizza. So we ended up with cold pizza. In my opinion, PB does not reheat well, so leftovers end up getting thrown out. For me, this has been one of those restaurants that has been hyped up SO much, that by the time you try it, it's like "Meh." 🤷‍♀️

Pizza bandit is a great local dive place. I’ve only been there a couple times but really enjoyed the feel. Kind of reminded me of a dive. You might find in Seattle. The pizza is really good too. You can get cupped pepperoni as well as large pepperoni, which I dig. Honestly, I think it could be a little greasier, so if you’re afraid of over greasy pizza-soup type places, you do not have to worry about that here. They deliver and a friend and I had a pizza sent to the Century bar a couple weeks ago. Makes drinks go down so good.

First time I got a slice of pizza here it was great! Good size, liked the dipping sauce. The second time I ordered from here it wasn't very great, but they fixed it by giving my money back so I decided to try it one more time to see if they could get it right. I got a mushroom pizza special that should have had 3-4 different types of mushroom, capers, and red paper. There was only 2 different types of mushroom that I could see, and along with the other toppings it was very sparse. It definitely wasn't worth 25 bucks to me. I do like that they have a vegan cheese option, but their vegan cheese doesn't melt very well so it wasn't very good by the...
