I was watching Sunday night football and decided I really wanted to get tacos, Using the App I ordered food for in store pick up. Living near by and not having a car I walked over to the store when I received the notification that my order was ready. When I arrived at the location the store lobby was actually closed.
I went around to the drive through window to ask for assistance and before I could get a word out I was immediately yelled at by the staff for "swindling for food." Despite showing my receipt and proof of purchase, the staff denied the order existed and sent me away.
When I got home I saw my credit card and gift card were charged and app was still indicating the food was made and ready for pick up. About 5 minutes later I received a notification that the order had been marked complete.
Reaching out to customer service it took me two weeks to get any response and when I did, I only got a partial refund. This isn't the first time I've had issues with this location, and if I were to go back, I'm sure it wouldn't be the last. It’s at night and he’s an older 40 something guy with dark hair and beard. The first time he kept talking over my order so I ordered less than I would have for my group making you lose profit. Then I avoided the place for awhile after reporting it to corporate and getting no reply but came back tonight and he does it again. He definitely heard me and my daughter complain because he made the other guy take over and avoided looking at us even when I pointed at him and asked if he took my order and was making fun of me and the other employee said yes he’s just trying to engage with the customers. Read moreWent through the drive-thru today, placed my order. Should have been quick and easy. However as I was pulling off I had my son check the order, and it was not even our order. It's impossible to back up in a Drive-Thru, yet to get around into the parking lot 2 resolve this situation is nearly impossible because of the way the driveway setup is on a very busy Street. So after navigating through the driveway backwards, I finally made it into the store where the cashier was not only rude but wanted to complain about how they were short-staffed so nothing was their fault. Then instead of correcting the order immediately, they made us wait until they handled all the other orders that were in line and in the Drive-Thru before fixing our order.
