I ate in here earlier and my experience was totally different than the other two times I’ve been in. I didn’t feel welcomed being in the restaurant. Usually I have a decent experience but no one really said much to me…at the time I was the only customer in there. I looked at the menu and asked what an item was and they looked at me like how dare I ask. The food was okay a bit messy (ordered gyro) and it was loaded but the bread tasted stale. Also, the spinach pies tasted like they’d been sitting out…didn’t taste that great but I still ate it I was hungry. The girl who fixed my sandwich also collected payment and yawned in my face…she could’ve turned her head and pretended that she wanted to be there. The other young lady grabbed my drink (fountain) I would’ve liked to have gotten that myself but the station was blocked off. The guy that was there looked like he was patching up the wall of the restaurant…the atmosphere wasn’t inviting; for a 20.00 meal I expected better service, fresher food and I didn’t really get it. Chances are I won’t be back for awhile unfortunately. I hope...
Read moreGyros were ok, a little dry meat. There were three people behind the counter. Very little coordination between all of them. We got two traditional gyros and some chicken tenders. Initially, one person asked us for the order... They then started to do something, we waited for a out 5-7 mins, then right in front of him, his colleague asked us for the order..we told her that we had already placed it with the other guy...the first guy just looked at us with blank stare, then we repeated the order. So, this second person starts to make the gyros, and leaves half way.... This is about 20 mins in now... The the first person tries to pick up on making the sandwiches... And is super confused.. anyhow.. took us about 35 mins (with only two other customers there) to get out..seems like they were learners... So it's ok, but when their boss came out, he didn't apologize for the wait.m. nothing... Most annoying was that the meat wasn't great.... Have had much better gyros in college towns before. Will not...
Read more$8.25 for JUST a sandwich with no sides is a steep price but I'm willing to pay it if it's made well and if it's a sandwich that can fill me up. That was NOT the case here. The meat is made well and the veggies seemed fresh however instead of using the available tongs hands (with gloves) were used and I could see the cross contamination. (They used the same gloved hands to cash me out) I paid $6.00 for jalapeño poppers which were still cold on the inside unfortunately and instead of using cream cheese, Cheddar is used. I paid $2.50 for the small baklava and it was okay... definitely not freshly made but okay nonetheless. The gyro alongside the fixings could fit in my hand and my hunger was not satisfied. I'm willing to come back to try one of their rice bowls but so far.. I'm not impressed and do not recommend if you are hungry and looking for a...
