No one from corporate has called i have called the numbers to leave a messages.
Here it is: The manager I talked to was very strong in her approach. Like she was mad at me and had a attitude. And i didn't come at her strong. They cancelled my order through door dash.
The manager let me know i can't do substitutions on my Catina Nachos with an attitude in her voice. I said ok. She said ok again. I said Ok. And at this point the whole interaction was pointless and unnecessary. And she even wrote it in my receipt. Which again uncalled for. Ok i get it. I can't do substitutions.
When i was checking food. I paid for a 12 oz of queso and chips. The cashier gave me an 8oz of queso. And not even a half a bag of chips. I asked about it. He said they didn't have 12oz. So i replied if i paid for a 12oz which is on my receipt i should get the rest of my ounces or my money back. He gave me the rest of my ounces. And i looked at my chips which it barely had any in the bag. And wanted to charge me another 1.25 for chips. That I paid a 12oz for a queso but almost a corner of chips in a bag is not equivalent.
I don't know what the issue was but this whole situation could have went completely different. Like my order was cancelled through door dash. Which i put my order in way before delivering stopping time. And then i go up there to get my food I'm treated in a ignorant matter. And I don't appreciate it.
I meant what I said. Hot head used to be a favorite place of mine. But never again will I return.
Again I have called corporate and yet to receive a call back about my situation. This is 2nd week and no one...
Read moreI placed a mobile order because I ordered a fair bit of food. Parking here is good, it's around the back, no complaints. Store looked a bit disheveled but it was also 6pm on a Friday, so that's to be expected. The server asked if I was placing an order or getting Doordash; not if she could help or anything. I was fine with the kinda mid service here, I just wanted my food and to get home. $65 for queso, 2 sauces, 2 sides of chips, a smothered burrito, a regular burrito and 2 quesadillas was a pretty good deal to me... until I got home to the food. The quesadillas are TINY. $13 for something about the size of a 6-inch Tortilla was incredibly disappointing. The smothered burrito was flavorful, but smaller than a Chipotle bowl, and half the ingredients were just thrown on top of it. Corn tasted like something out of a can and the jarred jalapeños were a bit of a letdown. Everything else was pretty good in it though. The chorizo was the star of the quesadilla, and all the sauces I got (hot head, southwest ranch and queso) really carried the meal for me. Would I order this again over Chipotle? Absolutely. Over Qdoba? Not a chance. But they're closer to my house, so I'm...
Read moreI placed an order online for curbside pickup. When I arrived I sent a text as instructed and received an automated response saying my order would be out shortly. I waited a good 10 minutes, watching 2 employees smoking outside the back door. I finally called the phone number on the sign and was told my order would be right out. When the employee brought my order I asked if they received my text and was told that they don’t receive notifications for the texts. I said I hope my food was hot and was told that it had been kept in their hot box. I got home and found that not only were the bowls cold, they were drowning in sauce that I had asked to be put on the side. I had ordered chips and salsa and didn’t receive the salsa. I sent a message to corporate and asked for a refund but never received a response. This was at the end of July and I had just lost a family member so I didn’t pursue further. I would suggest that if online ordering is offered, employees are taught to read carefully and if curbside pickup is offered give the employees the proper tools to do the job right. The food is to expensive to screw things...
