Submarine House — Restaurant in Dayton

so this used to be my favorite restaurant on Earth and my favorite place to eat from growing up with my family owning a grocery store @ Wayne & Anderson. I've been ordering frome here my whole life. These past couple of years since they opened up to large amounts of franchising, the quality has gone downhill. Once again tonight I'm disappointed by them, and I finally took to writing this thorough review. I have received food that is so cold it literally could have rode in the guys trunk all the way. The last time I ordered from them roughly about 4 months ago it was so chintzy on pepperoni it was barely a layer on one side, hella superpepperoni. Finally the time prior, almost a year ago to the day, I called at 8:30 roughly was placed on hold and left on hold until 10:15 which is after close and then I was hung up on. The worst place in dayton to buy a sub! I would rather buy a cassanos sub shock is prolly just as bad,same with service,I ordered 24$ worth of subs last night,my whole order was incorrect from the start,by the time I got my food it was cold,an I call them back,they told me they can not come back ,it was only nine oclock,sub was rock hard an a Philly cheese steak is supposed to have cheese an meat on it,it had about a spoonful of meat on it no cheese,soaked in mayonaise an lettice.i will never spend another dime here again,to top it all off I tipped,an I shouldn't have if I would have known it was all wrong,the delivery driver looked like a bum with hair all over him an smelled like must,take the back,smelled like submarine house on brown.keep your money an call somewere else were you no you will get what you ask an pay for.the...

I am so sad to hear that this location has closed and is being remodeled into a sports bar like the locations of Submarine House that I avoid. This leaves the Main Street location the last 'real' Submarine House. You will be missed. So sorry you believe that another boring sports bar is the future of your company.
