Whataburger — Restaurant in Dayton

It was a beautiful morning I thought to myself why don’t I get some whataburger. So I pulled into the whatabuger and the whataburger employee almost hit my vehicle then I went to the drive through and the guy at the window was really nice I would say he was the only nice person there so we got our food then I looked into the bag and unfortunately they forgot my hash browns and I went into the whatabuger and I said “I think yall forgot my hash browns by accident” then the lady in the front was very rude and smirked and said “I didn’t forget anything and she said I need a recipe”for 4 horrible hash brown that was all most burnt so I had to walk all the way back out side to my car and get the recipe and go back in and she seen that I was coming and started serving other people that was behind me then I finally got back up front then she looked at the recipe and went to the back and gave me my horrible 4 hash browns and 1 of them ate one of my hash brown so I had 3 1/2 of hash browns. Although this location is always clean and never too busy, my review will mostly rate this location on poor management and employee performance. While eating, the employees became really interested in an incident happening outside in the parking lot area to the restaurant. When the manager went out to assist, the employees became more like the teenagers they probably were under the disguise of being employees. By this I mean they left their posts and went to see what was happening outside, becoming giggly and obnoxious. I find this to not be the accustomed at Whataburger. I get it. Employees are hard to hire nowadays and you get what you pay for. After the fact, I’m seriously not as much a fan of WB as I used to be. The burgers came out too quickly to have been cooked to order. Someone had a heavy hand on the mustard, and the bun was dry.

Unfortunetly I have to update this review. I placed a curbside order and waited 20 mins before I went in to ask about my order. I then waited almost 10 mins before asking someone else about my order. Finally came out, I noticed my extra fry was missing and my salad did not have the extra cheese I paid for. I received my fries, and I received a small container with what I thought was extra cheese but it turns out it was cherry tomatoes, at this point I was already home. My kids chicken strips were chicken nuggets. Not sure if the salad containers have changed either but they were smaller in a rectangle shape with very little lettuce. This night was very dissapointing and I dont think I'll be frequenting this location again. I do want to say that the staff is always nice, besides me hearing vulgar language a...
