Very disappointed! Started off great, the girl that took my order was really nice, very courteous. However, things went down hill from there. After being told my delivery time would be 20-35 minutes ( of which would be across the street from them) I went out to the front desk to wait for my pizza. I actually saw the driver pull up, roll her window down and speak to someone outside, then drive off before I could get out there. This happened twice before I finally called the store asking where the driver went. I was told she would try to make contact with the driver and hung up. 10 minutes later and still no pizza so I called back and was told the driver couldn't find me. I was also told at that time their drivers are not allowed to come into the hospital to deliver food. I was never made aware of this fact when placing my order originally and said as much. (Which btw, would not have been an issue to meet the driver outside) The driver could be heard in the background yelling. At this point it had been an hour since I placed my order, so l just decided to cancel it rather than risk it. I'm not entirely sure how this turned into such a disaster but hopefully next time someone places an order from the hospital, they will be informed of your delivery...

I placed a delivery order and on the site it didn't have the option to put light sauce, we order our pizza that way cause my kids have acid reflux really bad. So anyway I call the marcos on international tonight which is Sunday the 10th of November, and I speak to a young lady and I explain to her that the order that they just recieved and, I gave her the name of the order. I told her to please, when they make it to put light sauce and she says ok. So the pizza comes and there's no light sauce on neither of the 2 pizza pies and I asked her for some garlic on the crust and that didn't happen either. So then I call to tell them that none of my request were done even when they told me not to worry about it. So I ask to speak to a manager and the young lady goes and tells the manager that I wanted to talk to her and the manager sends her back to tell me that the manager is to busy to talk. On a Sunday night the manager can not come to the phone to talk to a customer. Very disappointed. I'm literally in shock. So if the owner is reading this please call email me. I will come into the restaurant if need be, but that manager you guys have is making your company...
Read moreHad a call in order, went and picked it up. Have the employee my card, he swiped it 6 times, then told me it was his first day. Whom ever was training him wasn’t watching him and finally came to help him. Signed my receipt, put a line through the tip section. The charge was on my account that night for the right total. 2 days later the total has changed on my account to more than what I signed For that night. I called And actually got to speak to owner, she told me all her paper work was at home but it looks like a tip was added to my bill and she would call me back. I never Received a call back, when I called The store the manager answered and told me the owner was out of town. I just Spoke to her yesterday and she said nothing of this sort. Did she even plan on Calling back. A lot of dishonesty is going around at this point and I will Never return because of that. No matter how much I like The pizza, if you are going to try to steal money from me and then not even do the right thing and give it back or make your customers happy I will No longer help support your company and spend money at...
