The store MANAGER Gina should absolutely be FIRED! Horrible customer service! I use to go to this location all the time when they had a great staff and Teagan was there and she was amazing. This new "Store Manager" Gina as she so proudly stated treated me horribly. I ordered in the drive thru a drink I thought was still on the menu. Not my normal drink but a drink I remember getting and asked a few questions and was told I could order that drink. I was not given a price ever until I saw my receipt. The cashier at the window did not give me a receipt and I had to ask for one. Once I received the receipt I noticed I was charged for two additional add-ins that would have normal come with the drink at no additional charge. When I questioned why was I charged for add-ins, the cashier passed me off to Gina because she was the one who took my order. I asked why was I charged additional and she said they no longer offer the drink I asked for and I asked her why would she not disclose that prior to me placing my order and charging my card. She said I thought you knew that and I said with all the questions I asked before ordering you didn't think to mention you would charge me extra for a drink I had a hard time explaining to you. She agreed and basically wanted to know if I still wanted the drink and her not take responsibility for not being clear. I said no that's fine give me the drink and I will speak with your boss and they will refund this transaction. She then said do you want me to give you your money back and I said yes. She did not offer me the drink that had already been made, but instead they refunded me and gave me a name and number written on a piece of receipt paper and I was not given a drink. So basically I waited in line and held up the line arguing with a manager that obviously doesn't know how to do her job.
