The store MANAGER Gina should absolutely be FIRED! Horrible customer service! I use to go to this location all the time when they had a great staff and Teagan was there and she was amazing. This new "Store Manager" Gina as she so proudly stated treated me horribly. I ordered in the drive thru a drink I thought was still on the menu. Not my normal drink but a drink I remember getting and asked a few questions and was told I could order that drink. I was not given a price ever until I saw my receipt. The cashier at the window did not give me a receipt and I had to ask for one. Once I received the receipt I noticed I was charged for two additional add-ins that would have normal come with the drink at no additional charge. When I questioned why was I charged for add-ins, the cashier passed me off to Gina because she was the one who took my order. I asked why was I charged additional and she said they no longer offer the drink I asked for and I asked her why would she not disclose that prior to me placing my order and charging my card. She said I thought you knew that and I said with all the questions I asked before ordering you didn't think to mention you would charge me extra for a drink I had a hard time explaining to you. She agreed and basically wanted to know if I still wanted the drink and her not take responsibility for not being clear. I said no that's fine give me the drink and I will speak with your boss and they will refund this transaction. She then said do you want me to give you your money back and I said yes. She did not offer me the drink that had already been made, but instead they refunded me and gave me a name and number written on a piece of receipt paper and I was not given a drink. Read moreThis is the second time I have been to Starbucks in my whole life. First time was in New York and they were fast and super nice there. This was suppose to be a good experience and this experience was THE WORST!!! For such a fancy and high priced coffee shop nothing was how you would expect. The Staff wasn't friendly. The guy literally walked up to the window handed us our order, which was wrong, and just walked away before we could even say hi. We had waited in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes with only 4 cars in front of us, and as a bonus someone cut us in line while there were 5 cars behind us already waiting. Once we got to the speaker we were asked to wait for a extended period of time after already waiting 20 minutes. Our order was wrong and instead of fixing it themselves they HAND US THE INGREDIENTS to remake our own coffee. Literally so unprofessional and one of the worst drive thrus I have been through. Coffee was not worth the wait, the price, or lack of customer service at all. I will be going back to my fast and friendly...

No one greeted me , not one employee said hello or asked if I needed help and they all went to the back... They made it their business to not take care of me and it wasn't until I asked for the manager that all of a sudden they resuscitated and offered to help which means they are fake in their intentions and will be fake when handling your food... I could have complained to the manager but decided to just leave the premises and take my money to Dunkin where I was treated better ... I hope that you and your staff can find the time to take some form of training in acknowledging customers when they come in to your establishment since you created such a negative experience for someone who has patronized your franchises for so many years... Well things happen for a reason and as the saying goes... " Time To Make The Doughnuts" ...Goodbye...
