Take out & Dining in Experience is different regardless of paying the same menu price! Let’s just say you don’t get what you pay for when ordering takeout I splurged ordering 30+$ In food and I feel jipped compared to my dining in experience barely any sauce on the chicken parmigiana dry noodles When you order pasta you want sauce not dry noodles with a chunk of tomato and a teaspoon of sauce but I’ve dined in and had a completely different experience So is this discrimination of take out orders especially when we pay exactly the same price!!!! I had dry noodles and my boat of Alfredo was not even full it was halfway full I know what I’m missing dining in and I should get same results however I ordered!!

Quick and excellent service by our waiter with funny comments every time he was passing by (once he told us "let me take these evidence (meaning the empty dishes) so you don't be accused for anything"! Really nice decor and atmosphere BUT the salad was really a 3 out of 10. There was an old brown-ish piece of lettuce in the salad bowl, other greens seemed like they were cut from yesterday and left out of the refrigerator (that kind of look and texture), so the salad was a big disappointment. We had two kinds of soups (the Toscana and the Chicken with gnocchi) and bread sticks and i must say both soups and bread sticks were great.

Location, restaurant and server (Shelby), are excellent! Food, however, was OK. The Zuppa Toscana soup? Very good. I had the only GF soup available. I've not been to any OGIR for more than ten years and on this visit, nothing has improved. The GF pasta still has a bland/not fully cooked taste. Manager and staff were on point and tried to make it right so kudos for that. I just wish they had more varieties. The bread! If only the had GF bread. That would go excellent with the Zuppa Toscana soup.

Not worth your money or your time.

I was sat for a one top and waited 3 minutes to be greeted then I told my server Deja I'd like water with lemon and chicken & shrimp carbonara with chicken and gnocchi soup. She returned 3 minutes later with two hot and burnt breadsticks. It was not until 5 minutes later when I received water with 3 large cut lemons inside when I did not need or request extra. She also attempted to ignore me when zooming pass to get to all her other tables, which was one two top. I've had serving experience for over two years even with some of that time at an Olive Garden and never once have I displayed this level of negligence. I finally got my soup and couldn't eat it because she didn't even grab a spoon. I watch her walk pass the entrance to the kitchen and talk to her coworkers at the front as I'm waiting for my spoon.

After roughly twenty seconds I got up and went to the front and asked for a manager, the host did not know where there manager was and even radioed to get no response. I then asked the bartender if they knew where the manager was and they asked me to wait while they make a few drinks. I waited by the to-go area to the left of the bar for a few minutes and returned to the host stand asking for a manager and the host said they found him and he was in the back.

Aaron finally showed up and listened to me demonstrate the situation. He told me I was only sat for a few minutes, and that my food was brought out nearly right after I apparently left the building but I was waiting by the to go area for a manager. He then rubbed it in my face that my server Deja was in the back eating the meal that I ordered. I then asked with composure "Then what about the burnt breadsticks coming to my table with no water?" He had no response. "What's the point of having soup as an appetizer if comes out 20 seconds before my dinner?" His response was simple, "I don't know". I then left.

I have had dinner there before and waited a while for food and found plastic inside but the manager on sight wasted no time to fix the issue and insisted on getting me another plate and my server took great care of me. Tonight I had finished hard workout and was famished, I thought I'd feast again and have a few bowls of soup and then dinner and maybe have left overs for later.

I've wasted my time and energy by coming here tonight. With no choice but to say with the unfortunate sequence of events that took place, I will never be returning to this place again, I will also be spreading this story as it comes up in small talk and conversations with friends, family, acquaintances and strangers so they do not have to relive a...

We stopped in with our family as we were all about to depart our ways across the country. We had 10 adults and 2 children in our party. We arrived after the lunch rush and the restaurant was more than half empty. We made the hostess aware of our party and hour in advance, as we were waiting for everyone to arrive. We were led to our table. We had 2 servers to assist with our large party. We waited over 23+ minutes just for our drink and appetizer orders to be taken. We then had to wait an additional 30 minutes for the servers to come back with our drinks and appetizers. When I asked one of the servers what was the delay....her response was.... "You will be served when I decide to serve you." I was appalled by this, but I advised her that everyone was ready to order their entree. She responded with... I'm not ready to take your order, you will have to wait until I have time. I asked her how long it would be before we received our soup, salad, and bread sticks? She said that the kitchen would deliver it when they had it ready. I reminded her that we had placed our drink and appetizers well over a half hour ago and still hadn't received those. She scoffed at me and mumbled under her breath and just walked away. We received our drinks salads, bread sticks, and appetizers exactly 1hr and 12 mins after we were seated at the table. The servers took a our entree orders after delivering our initial order. We inconvenienced the servers by asking for cheese on the salads. They literally left the cheese grater laying on the tray that they brought the food to the table with, and walked away. When our entrées were brought to the table, 3 of the orders were completely wrong (we never ordered them) a couple of our plates were barely warm, and the server were not remorseful due to the mistakes they made. We asked to speak with the manager, and were told that the manager would stop by the table and speak with us. After 30 minutes waiting for the manager, I went to the hostess and asked if I could speak to a member of management. She told me management was not available at the moment due to a mandatory meeting taking place. She asked for my name and telephone number so that the manager could reach out to me. Considering that our bill totalled well over $250 (mandatory gratuity was additional) I was upset with the service my family received. I have yet to receive a call from anyone regarding...

Haven't been to Olive garden in about 2 years. The last time my family and I came here it was such a bad experience. After time had passed we thought we'd try again. To our surprise nothing changed. Our experience tonight was awful. We were seated quickly and before our server introduced her self she just brought bread to our table. The bread sticks were hard. ( We never got her name) Then we ordered drinks my wife got hot tea the server didn't bring a spoon for her tea and when we asked for one she said oh yeah that would be helpful. Then we ordered our soups. They were all watered down and unappealing. Then I asked for salad instead. She brought more hard bread sticks back with our salad, When we got the salad ingredients weren't fresh so we didn't eat that. Finally our food came it looked good so I had hope, as soon as we took our first bite it was bland no flavor. So we were going to just add salt and eat it. The salt shaker didn't work. When the server came back we asked for a new one it still didn't work. Then our server went around the restaurant trying to find one that work and couldn't so she sat down and grinded salt into a small souffle cup and brought that to us. The salt she grinded was wet and clumpy. At that point I was ready to go. That assistant manager was going around asking how everything was and I was honest and told her horrible. I explained our experience and she got the manager. When he came over I explained the experience again. He kept asking well whats wrong with the food? Do you want it remade? He asked over and over again. I said I don't want it it's not good. ( Our children ate there food and I regret letting them when we got home they were sick to there stomachs.) I will never ever go back again. I wouldn't recommend this place toy...
