Order #932600 - I’ve reached my limit with this location, and from now on, I will be sharing my feedback here every time my order is incorrect. You can expect to see me frequently, as I’ve been having roller coaster experiences with this place since 2011. If anyone from corporate or management happens to read this, I strongly recommend reviewing the time frame from 3:56 PM to 4:46 PM. I placed an online order for pickup, which took 10 minutes to prepare. While I’ve grown accustomed to long wait times at this location, I can’t overlook the poor service and the frequent mistakes with my orders. The company needs to improve its systems to ensure employees can accurately read orders or hire staff who can comprehend them better. As a Hindu, which you can verify with my last name, I do not eat beef. So, what’s the point of ordering chicken tacos if I end up with beef? When I arrived, not a single employee acknowledged my presence. This is why I mentioned the time frame—I highly recommend checking it. I even waved at the camera to get someone’s attention, but if I hadn’t spoken up, no one would have known I was there. It’s no surprise that my orders are wrong 90% of the time. Employees seem so absorbed in their phones that they completely miss customers in the store. Moving forward, I will no longer request my meal to be remade; I will only seek refunds and leave feedback on Google. I have evidence of my order being incorrect and proof that employees were distracted by their phones, failing to notice I was in the building.
Edit: Round 2. Order #934095 - I chose to revisit the place after my previous feedback. I'm puzzled as to why there was lettuce on my meal when I specifically asked for none. I opted for Chipotle sauce instead of Guacamole, yet I still ended up with Guacamole. Regardless of how straightforward my order is, this location consistently manages to get it wrong. It seems that no matter when I visit, I can't expect my order...
Read moreThe good - the restaurant was clean. When I walked in the door, only one person was standing waiting for his food. The drive-thru did not have anyone there. Staff could not be seen. A young lady walked up and said have you ordered, and I replied "no, but I would like to." She then directed me to the kiosk. I indicated I would rather order with her, and her response was "you must use the kiosk." It was her tone and look on her most disappointing face. I could not find jalapenos on the menu. Therefore, I ordered the remaining. Food came out quickly. I asked the lady at the counter if I could order jalapenos with her as I could not find them on kiosk menu. Another gentleman said I can show you how. However, I ordered them from the lady who gave me the food. The individual who was rude appeared behind the column. I asked her for her name, as none of the staff had a nametag on. Her response was: Why, I don't have to give it to you. My response: You were and are very rude. She walked away. My two tacos barely had any food in them. There were at max 10 chips with the chips I ordered. The cheese container was half full, and there were only five jalapenos in the container. Upon leaving I gave $50 to the nice lady who assisted me with my jalapeno order and asked her to split it with the nice guy who offered to show me how to order them. Based on my experience and all of these bad reviews, and the fact that management or ownership has not responded to any of them, I will never return. Clearly, there is a culture issue with this franchisee and they are okay with...
Read moreFood is always hot and fresh. Beverage area needs to be attended to more than once a day. Cleanliness is always an issue at fast food restaurants but if you use that one guy that's just leaning against the wall, you can fix all the problems I've listed above :)
Additional review 03-10-22 The mobile app is amazing, but only as long as the crew/mangers can function correctly with it. I waited and waited for my order before asking the front counter where it was. The poor register attendant didn't see the order on either of the prep screens. After that, the "line cook" was dumbfounded, she didn't know who I was or what I was waiting on. I've worked in fast food so I know how it feels when you have "children" running the store. This was one of those times. I had to "hold hands" and give advice to make sure my order was complete and I got what i needed....
Also, not their fault, but my drink was not available, OJ AND the NEW Cinnabon coffees were also unavailable.
The owner needs to step it up. These working conditions for these poor employees are not OKAY. They need resources, e.g., machines that work, product for their customers, means to thoroughly clean the store(since it's disgusting, there should be a third party hired to conduct the deep cleaning that isn't...
