Ok so I’m updating my review only due to you have half great staff and the half just has attitude issues and I honestly feel like the plate and the bigger plate just depends who does your plate because I’ve been given great service by others and then others act like it’s literally coming out of their pocket but what it truly means is that food is going out fast and they can’t keep up so they don’t give you what you pay for and trust me when I say I know I work down the road and it’s my lunch or dinner twice maybe 3 times a week! They know the orange chicken is the best selling and the chow mein but they don’t stay on top of it of the food going out Instead they short the order (Count your scoops) and the chow mein is good but they don’t even give you a decent size now that is the lazy staff but you can count on Top Service From NEVEAH SHE ALWAYS TREATS U WITH A GREAT SMILE AND GREAT SERVICE!!! I’ve had a few & some are really short and want to rush you & get u out! But Neveah always makes sure you get fresh food and doesn’t rush you Service with a smile and she’s fast great multi tasking skills if she was working for me She would definitely be a supervisor!! Great food a bit pricey but it’s Daytona Beach (The Rice needs a change) Like Pork fried rice and your 10-Stars!!!There rice is a bit mushy and no flavor suggest chow mein !!!Whats up with that drive thru being blocked every single day??? Read moreI've had a love/hate relationship with Panda Express for a long time. I love that you can get a meal of meat & vegetables for a reasonable price at a fast food restaurant. I hate that the service is often poor and the quality is not consistent. Today I decided to break up with Panda Express. I went through the drive thru for my usual - Panda Bowl with Grilled Teriyaki Chicken and Super Greens. The first shock was the price. It hasn't been that long since I was there, but the price had increased almost $2! What used to be almost $7 is now almost $9! I questioned the person I handed my card to, and they said the kid's meal had also gone from about $5 to $7. We must assume that this increase has been applied to all their meals. But, here's the real kicker... there was at least 1/3 less food in the bowl. I've eaten inside before and watched them take out 2 chicken thighs, cut them into big pieces, and put them in the bowl on top of the veggies. Not today. I got about 1/2 the chicken I've always gotten and it wasn't big pieces that were clearly cut from a thigh. They were small, overcooked pieces that looked like scraps. Moving on to the veggies. There is usually an abundance of big pieces of beautifully cooked broccoli, with some kale and cabbage. Today there was one piece of broccoli, 2 small pieces of cabbage and and maybe 1/2 cup of kale. Of course, I had to pull around the building and wait 7 minutes because they didn't have the veggies cooked when I ordered, per usual. I'm tired of paying more for less - across the board. Read moreFinally I'VE HAD ENOUGH OF THE SNIPPY ATTITUDES OF THE young girl AT THE PANDA EXPRESS IN PORT ORANGE. They need a few lessons in " customer Service." MY Last run- in was because I had a legitimate receipt with my code number I received when I took their survey for a free entree item when I ordered a two entree plate. I'm Wrong again. SMH....the girl told me they were changing deals and I couldn't use my coupon. . I explained that my code number didn't expire for 3 more days and that I got the deal because I took their survey. Too bad. .she wouldn't budge just kept being nasty. I left and haven't been back since. I went there often but NO MORE. I've had many problems in the past. I'm 85 years old and I even had a girl close the window on my hand when I wanted to speak to a manager one time.(I guess good help is hard to find nowadays. ) She tried to tell me she was the manager which I knew was not true. This happened back during covid and you couldn't go inside or that's what I would have done. I called their corporate office in California this time. I got an apology but their problems continue at this location. I enjoy their food but I will never go there again because there are to many Asian food places to put up with this kind of behavior. To bad there can't be more drive through ones,, but that's okay. I've been told by several people that I should have sued them but that's not my style. I'm not looking for money.
