If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve been waiting for my order for over an hour and I get a notification saying my “order was cancelled” and when I called to ask why they tell me they’re “busy”??? How is you being busy my problem? I’m a customer like the rest of your customers and I’ve been waiting for my food for over an hour. The guy hung up on me and I called back and he gave the phone to someone else. Absolutely disgusting customer service and I know this happens to other customers too because when I go to pick my order on other days people storm out for their extremely bad customer service and how they take way too long. I usually go to the city for golden bakery, but I found this place and gave it a try. I grew up on it and I know what these are supposed to taste like. The meat bread of all things is what shines, it's juicy, zesty, flavorful and authentic as can be, I would say it even beats golden bakery's meat bread. The mini meat breads were cute, the regular cheese bread is good, the standard if you don't know what to get here. And the crown jewel, the akawi cheese bread, I appreciate the fact they cut the breads in half for sharing, the cheese is correct, the cook is correct, and that bakery oven fresh taste is correct. Reminds me of when Golden Bakery and Yasmeen bakery use to make their food back from the 90s and early 2000s, which use to be really good and authentic, but not anymore. At those places, you have to ask per request for the food to come out of the oven. That's not cool. The food at Al Andalus taste as fresh as the Lebanese make them back home in Lebanon. No nonsense, and made fresh out of the traditional oven.The bakery food is not pre-made to satisfy a huge crowd needing to be in and out immediately, however it only takes a few minutes to get fresh food, which is great.
