Dunkin' — Restaurant in Dearborn

The customer service at this location is not professional. I stood in line for 5 minutes. There were 3 people working behind the counter and they took 5 minutes to acknowledge customers. I ordered 2 sausage breakfast sandwiches and 1 hash brown with a valentine cake. I checked the bag and I was only given one sandwich and a hash brown. I had ordered two so I had to go back in and get the second sandwich which they were unaware I had i ordered two. I was not given a receipt but after a minute or two I was given the second sandwich after the employees discussed among themselves if they were going to give it to me.

When i left the restaurant the sausage sandwiches they were not cooked completely. The hash browns were burnet. The bread on the breakfast sandwich was hard.

The cake was not cooked properly. I tried to take it back to the store to explain that the cake was bad. The manager argued with me and said that it was my fault that it was bad but I didn't cook it. I just purchased it. I wanted my money back and the manager refused.

I called corporate and they sent an email to the owner. The owner was very rude when he called me and he explained to me that nothing was wrong with the cake but it was. As a customer I was trying to give feedback but it wasn't accepted.

I will not be returning to this location because of the unprofessional customer service and the food was bad. I do not recommend anyone go to this location. They are not polite to their customers. You cannot give feedback it's...

I moved to this Dunkin’ Donuts after the telegraph one closed and to be honest, I wasn’t mad about it. This Dunkin’ Donuts. I feel was much better than the one on telegraph. The reason I am giving a one star is because I frequent this place every single day multiple times a day and I have been ordering decaf coffee But they have been giving me regular instead. I immediately knew the first couple times and I brought it up to their attention and they assured me that it was decaf but IT WASNT come today they tried to pawn off decaf coffee to me once again when it was regular and I went inside the store and they told me they didn’t have decaf coffee I really hope corporate sees this and fixes this situation because I tried to talk to the manager in there, and he basically laughed in my face. The place was unclean no customers were in there yet the guy behind the took his time to wait on when he did wait on me he told me they had no donuts and back in front I only had my choice of about 4 different kinds of donuts so I asked for a grilled apple fritter and 2 coffee's we were going to eat in he did not ask so he put our coffees and to go cups put a lot of cream in both which I did not ask for the apple fritter was put in the microwave and bagged I was charged $7 for this by the time the apple fritter cooled enough to eat it it was too hard to even bite into neither one of us drink our coffee because it was more cream and very and did I mention how disgusting the bathroom was I decided to wait till I got home and like I said the place was not busy at all no reason why it could not have...
