Honestly, very inconsistent. Very, very inconsistent. Sometimes it's great, but most of the time either the cheese is halfway gone bc they let the dough bubble up (trapped steam, just poke it with a fork b4 baking), the crust is almost always burnt, cheese burnt, toppings really inconsistent, the box edges closed into the pizza, etc. I'd let a lot slide without complaining, but after maybe 6 orders being messed up I finally called and said something. They replaced it, and it was still messed up. I called & they said there was nothing they could do. I let it go, then some months later decided to try them again, hoping it'd be different, but again, the pizza was burnt to heck, cheese half gone from bubbled up dough, box smashed edges, burnt BBQ sauce (bbq chicken pizza) so I called, and they were like "you called and complained last time you ordered" yeah, months prior, bc it was messed up. As it was again. They said they wouldn't fix it bc of that. Like, are you kidding me? So I called corporate. They said they'd speak to them, and that was about it. Months went by, and again, figured I'd give them another chance, hoping things would have changed, but when I called, they put the manager on the phone and they said they would not serve us bc I called corporate on them! How about you learn how to poke a few holes in your dough before baking it so it doesn't bubble up, learn how to NOT burn food, and close a box properly....
Read moreThis is by far the worse Jet's. I don't know, and really don't care, if its because there are nothing but teenagers working there. Something needs to change. I called and placed an order for delivery. The manager was hard to understand and hung up as soon as she mumbled my total. I was told it would be about 45mins. 30 MINUTES after I ordered I received a phone call from someone saying they don't deliver to me. I have ordered numerous times from this location and had food delivered to me. However things change so I didn't put up a fight. I was told to call the Dearborn Heights location. They informed me that they don't deliver to me and that Dearborn does. I called the Dearborn location back and Natalie tells me that Dearborn Heights location will deliver to me and that they are lying. Natalie is supposed to be the manager but told me she had to check with the delivery guy to see if they STILL deliver to my location. Meanwhile as she is bad mouthing another location and trying to rush me off the phone I still don't have dinner to feed my son and I have wasted 45mins of my time and cutting it close to closing times! This is the 3rd time I have had a bad experience with this location. I will NEVER support another Jet's if this is what they call customer service. This was beyond unacceptable. Read moreJet’s Pizza is always my go to for good pizza and I’ve been ordering from this location for years, however the service I received today was disappointing. I ordered pizza for delivery at 6:38pm and it wasn’t delivered until 7:48pm. I ordered my usual by text and my large veggie pizza was cold and prepared incorrectly. I checked the text I submitted and it was in fact submitted correctly but someone at Jet’s wrote it incorrectly on the ticket. The manager Isabelle said there was nothing she could do even after acknowledging that someone messed up my order. More like there was nothing she was willing to do, in other words she could care less about the money I spent and the fact that someone on her watch submitted my texted order to the pizza preparer incorrectly. She didn’t even address the cold pizza and stated that while the ticket was submitted with the wrong info I got what I paid for…????? My veggie pizza was ordered minus olives and tomatoes, as you can see based on the pics my pizza was full of tomatoes, it’s messy, and cold. 🙁 I paid $43 for pizza that I didn’t order and won’t eat…terribly disappointed in Jet’s Ford...
