This was my first time ordering from Paisanos and it will definitely be the last. I went in earlier that evening and placed a huge order for a party I was hosting at home — spent around $130 on a variety of subs, some with extra protein, others with special modifications. After paying, we politely asked if the sandwiches had been labeled to avoid confusion. Simple question, right?
The guy at the front said he’d go check with the kitchen. What happened next was appalling. He walks to the back, and from behind the wall we clearly hear someone shout something in Arabic, something like “Kis Imon”. The worst part? The people in the front just stared at us awkwardly and said nothing. No one even bothered to come out and clarify. After a minute of silence, the kid who went back just shouted from the kitchen: “Yeah, they’re labeled.” That’s it. Zero professionalism, zero respect.
To top it off, the food itself was awful. Everything was dry, overcooked, and completely tasteless. It honestly felt like they couldn’t care less about the quality of what they were serving. Every guest who tried the food agreed it was terrible.
Paisanos lost me as a customer that night — and everyone at my party as well. It’s unacceptable to be insulted simply for asking a basic question about an order. If your staff gets this upset for doing their jobs — and still do it poorly — you shouldn’t be in business. I would absolutely NOT recommend this place to anyone. Avoid...

A couple friends and I arrived on a Sunday evening. This place was empty and I can see why. We put in an order of 2 pizzas, boneless wings, and breadsticks. Then began the waiting. We waited, and waited, and waited, and then waited some more. The waiting made me feel physically older, and I named one of my gray hairs after this place. I attempted to save an old man from suffering the same fate. When I asked about the order, the worker replied "what order?"
Finally, after an hour and a half of waiting, the food arrived, with no napkins of course. The worker had the audacity to ask if I wanted a 2 liter. We then decided to eat at one of the tables, which was covered in food particles from the previous group. When we asked if they could clean the table, one of the employees handed us a wet rag.
The food was on par with the service. The order was wrong. The pizza was cold. The breadsticks were ok. The wings were good but not enough to give this place a extra star.
This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The old owner left this place and it went downhill. Other customers were complaining about the food and service. Honestly I question the cleanliness of the food served there, and I wouldn't be surprised if they spit in our...
Read moreAmazing Authentic Italian Experience! I had the pleasure of dining at Paisano's Pizzeria, and I must say, it's truly a hidden gem! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming atmosphere that transported me straight to Italy. The smell of freshly baked pizza from the traditional wood-fired oven was absolutely intoxicating. The pizza itself was perfection—thin, crispy crust with just the right amount of char, topped with the freshest ingredients. You can really taste the quality in every bite. I opted for the classic Margherita, and it was a symphony of flavors—the tangy tomato sauce, the creamy mozzarella, and the fresh basil all came together in perfect harmony. The dough had that authentic chewiness that only true Italian pizzerias master. The service was impeccable as well. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, ensuring that every guest felt like family. If you're looking for an authentic Italian pizza experience, look no further. Paisano's pizzeria delivers in every way, and I can't wait to return. Highly recommend! --- This review highlights the authenticity, quality of ingredients, and excellent service of...
