I can’t recommend So Cheesy enough! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The menu is packed with creative, cheesy options that are perfect for anyone who loves comfort food with a twist.

I tried the classic grilled cheese and paired it with their tomato bisque—it was out of this world! The cheese pull was incredible, and you could tell everything was made fresh. They also have some unique combinations that you won’t find anywhere else, so there’s something for everyone.

The staff is super friendly, and the service was quick, even though the place was busy. Whether you’re stopping in for lunch, dinner, or just a quick bite, So Cheesy delivers every time. I’m already planning my next visit!

First time at The Canteen at Midtown in the Fairlane Mall in Dearborn, MI. I opted for So Cheesy food truck noticing fish tacos on the menu. I'm a fan of fish tacos and prefer the fish grilled. As with most places, the fish was battered and fried and came with 2 tacos and a side of fries. I took a bite out of one of the tacos before leaving the lot. It was VERY good! The fish was fresh and flavorful. I had to go back and congratulate the folks in the truck for such a good job. Bravo!
