Nami Sushi — Restaurant in Dearborn

I went to nami for the second time today to give them another chance and was pretty dissapointed again, last time I got salmon nigiri and salmon onigiri. The nigiri was good last time but the onigiri had too much rice, I also didn’t know it came with sauce and would’ve preferred it without it as I took it home and it got messy. This time I got 2 sets of salmon nigiri’s and this time they came with wasabi? Which last time they didn’t and I am not a wasabi fan so I was dissappinted, also the salmon was cut kind of messy, and the rice tasted over cooked or not fresh, and there was a lot of rice with the thin fish. If I could I'd give Nami Sushi 1000 stars for its flavor, presentation, price point and uniqueness of dishes. I did not know a food truck can pump out such beautiful dishes, puts the rest of sushi places to shame. The Wasabi is real, not colored horseradish, the little touches of spice, sesame seeds, the mayo spice sauce is so delicious you can put it on everything. We asked the Chef to make us something special and off the menu and he did not disappoint. I love the creativity and freshness of the fish. We have ordered from Nami a few times and we enjoy it more and more. We love Nami Sushi, guaranteed you have never tried sushi like this in all of Wayne County! The owner should consider opening up a restaraunt because the food truck is going to be too small for them. Prices are super reasonable, the fish is super fresh with a unique taste to the sushi menu scene. I love the nori crackers with salmon, the Cucumber roll we had was filled to brim with fish. The Rice is light and fluffy as it's supposed to be. The Owner said new items will be added to the menu, can't wait to try them all.
