Itâs not often that you find a fast food restaurant ran as well as this one and all of the employees being kind and help! Keep up the amazing work and Iâll keep coming back!!! I need to update my review unfortunately this Dunkinâ Donuts has dropped its service from a five star to a one star in a few short months. From what I hear the general manager was let go and they brought some other guy in. That seems like he has no clue what is going on. The drive-through line in the morning used to run extremely smooth cars would come in and start over behind Winn-Dixie and generally followed each other to create the least amount of traffic problems in this new manager put a cone out and just moves cars from the window in front of the building instead of actually getting food out the window to the customer quickly. It seems like heâs doing that to manipulate his drive-through times . Itâs unfortunate because the old management team did not have to do this and they were extremely fast. The employees used to be always friendly knew me because I was in there every single day and were polite and actually spoke to me. Almost all the employees seem to be new now and half the time I go in there the employees donât even speak a word they donât say thank you they donât say anything to you. They literally hand you your food or your coffee. I used to go to this Dunkinâ Donuts at minimum one time per day several times per week. Whatâs up? I know thereâs no school today is the only district in the entire Central Florida Bar they didnât have school today. I would go two times a day. I even placed my orders sometimes through the app and when I arrive for my pick up, I state my name in the speaker and when I get to the window, my stuff is just shoved out the window to me with not a word spoken and for having the highest priced iced coffee of any Dunkinâ Donuts that Iâve ever been to and I travel for a living. You think the service would be the best service but on the contrary, itâs completely opposite so I will no longer be going back to this Dunkinâ Donuts on a daily basis they might see me once a week. Our family has gone to this place for years and within the past three weeks we have had three different encounters of rude staff and completely incorrect orders. Most recently a drive thru female employee (Crystal was the name on our receipt but I was unable to read her actual name plate) took our order. We ordered four drinks. After each ordered drink âCrystalâ cut us off to ask if there was anything else in a completely rude tone. Then when my mom asked if the first ordered had caramel in it because she forgot if she asked for it âCrystalâ cut her off and said âIs there anything elseâ. So completely ignoring what my mom said. So then I had to say did you add it in to âCrystalâ in a more assertive tone, then she changed her tone real quick to say yes maâam. Then we go to the window and every single drink is wrong. Each one. Iâve worked in the fast food industry my whole adolescentâs life and I get there are stressful days. But the way this woman spoke to my mother was completely unprofessional and ridiculous. I come to this Dunkin when my Dunkin in deland is busy on the way to work (in Sanford) and I ask for a iced caramel latte with 1 extra expresso shot and whipped cream on top. The time I had went previously I had asked for my normal drink I get everyday and I got a super light coffee with no sugar and it seemed like the extra shot I paid for wasnât in my drink. So the next time I went in, I knew I wanted to ask for the shot and some liquid cane sugar on the side so I could fix it if they messed up again. But i understood $1.35 for 1 extra shot but apparently to put it on the side, itâs $2.25 now. I think itâs just horrible customer service and those girls got some inner issues to overcome. I was dealing with Michele and Angie who both informed me, I was completely wrong and had to pay the $2.25 to get the shot on the side. I just wonât be back. I get way better service and they actually smile at deland Dunkin. Not to mention I got a call from the Dunkin and Angie hung up on me and would not answer the phone back⌠very unprofessional people.
