The ice cream is cheap and delicious. Mr. Frosty is very polite, punctual, and professional. I've know Mr.Frosty for years and he is a great and wonderful person. My girlfriend and I first met him at our local park. The we started to see him more consistently because his ice cream was so cheap compared to local stores and is so delicious. After a couple of months, he gave me his business card and told me to call him with any kind of events. I get almost $40 worth of ice cream from him every month, and it's so worth it!
