I wish I could give it a 10 out of a 10! Lou is an absolute sweetheart, and so knowledgeable in his craft and very honest and humble. By far thee best and most patient man in this particular field. His wife is awesome too! Family run business with amazing finds! Wow and he is very fair with his prices and honorable. I highly highly recommend you come in and see Lou if you've got nice jewlery or anything really because he is honest and fair and a true genuine person who you can tell wants to please everyone. Hey guys that's kind of why he has the best rating in town wouldn't you agree? So take my advice go see him he won't steer you wrong!:) Thank you so much Lou and everyone at the shop in OC. As much business people do here, for them to say friend than to just liquidate something after it just being one day late and on there confusion I lost a whole lot without a warning call, luise that's crazy and to say come next week when I was there the day of it so u can say it's more days passed, this place give no warning nothing, heritage pawn up the road is better with respect and gives a reminder text so they don't trap u, what kills me is that I was just in the week before buying out one pawn. I guess that was them saying they want all there money no matter what, it saddens me when life hits these types of people hit harder, it hurts when u come to get ur jewelry fixed here and have constant conversations with luise and the other employees and give them good advice I guess that don't work both ways and if I could save anyone els from the fault business practices of this establishment I hope it does, just know luise will have somone els do the dirty work...
