Arby's — Restaurant in Decatur

Went thru the drive thru. Wife told the lady on the speaker we had a coupon and read what it said to her. The lady argued and said that wasn't what the coupon said but my wife read exactly what was on there so I dunno what was up with that. Then the lady out of the blue says the "system is down." Pretty convenient timing. And the kicker was we watched the van behind us order at the speaker and pull to the window and wait for their order. So because the lady didn't know how coupons work, we were basically told to leave. We thought about going back thru or going inside but we didn't want spit in our food either. A couple beef and cheddars are not worth all this hassle. Not going to this...

The staff this evening was amazing. We just so happened to be in the drive thru as Tornado warning went off. They scurried us inside and politely made sure we got to safety. They were so kind to us and made us very comfortable in a frightening situation. My little girl and I thank you very much for going above and beyond for your customers! This will be our location of choice from now on and will be sharing with family, and friends of how amazing the employees are and the wonderful service...

The lady running the drive thru was rude didn't listen to my order and still got it wrong. I asked for a smokehouse brisket which is BBQ onions cheese mayo. I don't like onions I said no onions and they gave me the sandwich with nothing on it but onions. This is not the first time I have had poor service wrong food but it never gets better I rarely come here because the managers and staff don't seem to care about the customer and every restaurant near here is friendly and makes warm...
