Burger King — Restaurant in Decatur

The Burger King restaurant on 6th Ave. in Decatur, Al is THE WORST one in this area. The staff is rude, lazy, and unorganized. The day shift Manager is unprofessional and runs a very chaotic work environment, this woman should be fired. For that Matt everyone in this store should be fired. Why is it that the Burger King on the Beltline, which is 3.5 mile down the road is the best Burger King around. The staff there at that location is amazing!! As a Doordash driver I hate having to get orders from the 6th Ave. location because they never have the order ready, the never have the order correct and I have to wait for 45 mins no matter if I CAN go in the store or if I am forced to use the drive thru do to the fact that the can't handle having the lobby open. The worst part is that the one and only employee that was being helpful quite and walked out do to the rude management. Why isn't something being done about this location!!!! Shut the doors if you can't get staff that is worth the Burger...

As we drove up there was 1 employee and a manager standing outside smoking. As we walked in the floors were sticky and dirty. There were no clean tables and there were only 3 other families in the restaurant. It took over 5 minutes for a cashier to notice we were at the counter wishing to place an order. It took almost 10 minutes to receive our order even though we were the only order. The cashier put our order on the counter called our number and walked away not even speaking to us or offer an explanation on why it took so long. During our entire stay no one tried to clean the dining room. The manager never turned around from the DT expediter screen. The manager that was outside did come in but instead of helping the guest that had come in after us he started washing dishes in the back. 2 people got tired of waiting and left an 1 family left because they couldn't find a clean table to eat at. The last time I visited this location I was grossed out by what I saw. To begin with, when got to the front door, I got the strong smell of cigarette smoke. The manager in charge was standing by the door smoking. There were 6 cars in the drive thru at the time. The floor needed to be swept and mopped. A customer spilled a drink on the floor. No one mopped it up. There were three employees drying off trays. One picked her nose and scratched he hair while drying of the trays. I saw a manager put some sort of cleaning solution on the front counter. The over all look of the restaurant is really bad. If you like slow service served by teenagers who are unclean and are only there for a paycheck this is the place for you. Personally, I wouldn't order a class of water from...
