Late donut drive turned into being cussed out by the night manager Jordan H. The dining room was closed at 9:00 p.m. since it says opened till 10:00 pm. we went to the drive thru unsure if they were still open, I said hello a couple of times, got a reply with an attitude. My other passenger said, customer service is out the window nowadays, but we took it lightly till that point. As I pulled to the drive thru, he gave me my total, but I could not hear him well, so I asked again, he said $16.00 something so, I asked again... Jordan H. started making faces and rolling his eyes at my question. I pointed that the sign by the window said $9.99 so he raised his voice and said, that is if you buy one then the other one is half off. I reply oh! I didn't know so he said: "Can't you read?" (More attitude.) I had enough of his eye rolling and head shaking and now this, so I said to the young lady next to him: Can you please take care of me, he has a really bad attitude. She barely nodded when he moved her to the side and raised his voice and asked me to leave, that I was not getting donuts. I said, seriously? He said, yes, I am like you are kidding me, right? he said no, and leave or I will call the police. I asked him for his name. He proudly told me he was Jordan Hawl. For me to write it that he did not care. As I was leaving, he yelled at me and called be a Bee...(insert cuss word.)
This is the worst I have been treated as a customer. Believe me, my father was going to pay the full price, we were legitimately confused. I have 30 years of restaurant experience and almost the same running restaurants. Krispy Kreme, please tell me this employee is NOT your manager.
My elderly and almost blind father was terrified and begged me to leave. My father has a pacemaker and felt threatened by this young man. I am sure my father worried that he was going to act out and he my father was not going to be able to help/protect...
Read moreUsed to be a nice place. Enployess and boss refuse to listen to you, they were so frantic running around saying they were short handed only six people were there. We asked for to order coffee and more items, she pointed at the register and said, "this is your total" refused to let us have any drinks or order donuts for pick up later. As we were taking pictures of the donuts, a worker would yank her mask over her eyes and run behind a machine. The worker kept doing it anytime anyone had their phones out. Like they are on America's most wanted list. It was kinda of scary now that you think about it. Why was the employee hiding? With a huge hat like that and a face mask no one would have know who it was anyway. Anyway you can see from the pictures I didn't take any employees pics, I only wanted donuts. But they were very backed up and not coming out correctly anyway. Bathrooms have overflown back up issues for the last few years. Can't take little ones in there their...
Read moreKrispy Kreme, Decatur AL, on Saturday we drove by several times and the red light was never on. That’s fine, however when we stopped we tried to order donut holes, they were out, okay, what about minis? In the drive thru we ordered a dozen glazed donuts, small coffee and an order of minis. Total $28 something. Get up to the window, out on minis, so we get a dozen donuts and the coffee. Donuts are cold, like almost ice and the coffee was the worst thing I have ever tasted. I literally spit it out. I usually love their coffee but this tasted old, stale, and burnt. We waited forever in line and it wasn’t worth the time to go back in. The employees didn’t know if they were coming or going and were more focused on...
