I see why they have a 2.8 rating I did not realize it was close to closing time however upon realizing so I asked if they have enough for a complete meal with both as orange chicken & fried rice as side. After employee stated YES. I said sure I'll get THAT. no friendliness@ALL I couldn't even request any condiments like more soy sauce because she gave me my food and turned her back and left and never came back so I Stood Still by the window not moving my vehicle at all until she never came or turned to look back moral is that they need to do better than what they are &food was not as they stated it would be it was less than half otherwise of normal type that I've gotten before. And the food was hard crunchy cracklins mostly they know the food was not up to par they should not have sold it first of all but 2ndly they should not have acted as if it was..but never looked bk.. they do not even print the phone number on their receipts what kind of business is that I guess the same kind that does not speak or say anything except turn the back cause it was closing time they still didn't even answer the phone knowing that they JUST had a customer leave no thanks Panda Express you need to get with it and better at it not happy BY FAR.BUT I GOOGLED TO GET THE PHN# &STILL NOTHING..

Read moreI waited 30 mins on my food!!! I ordered orange chicken and was told ten mins. I agreed to that...then i was asked to pull out front...i did so...while i was waiting i seen 5 cars leave with their food..the employee told me im reminding you that you have five mins on your fried rice...i said okay. After we waited 30 mins on our food..i called the store and spoke to the manager...she said im sorry you have a number on your tray i dont know why your food hasnt been taken out yet...she said im making it now!! Asked if i wanted another entree..i said no because indidnt want to wait longer... Almost 40 mins after i ordered my food i finally got it!! I eat here pretty often but its always im outa rice or im outa orange chicken...what?!?!...ive worked fast food before. Im 35 yrs old...i know what its like...so i didnt cuss or be mean to the manager but i wont be back..i shouldve got repaid for my meal...almost 40 mins wait. Come and they forgot my water too!! The kids making the food didnt know what they were doing and the manger was outside with a drill...cleaning the parking lot with a parking lot full of customers..!!!! The 1st few times we tried it my family liked it but I only tried the teriyaki Chicken and found it hard to chew and then it seemed every time we went by there was always a problem. Once they were even out if teriyaki sauce! So I quit going or my family would order from there and I'd go somewhere else.
FAST FORWARD to 2023 and I'm not sure if they have new management or all new staff or what but it's great now. I have found that I crave their orange chicken, mushroom chicken, and just recently LOVE their honey walnut shrimp.
I'm not sure they'd know me but I do an online order at least once a week sometimes 2 or 3 times lately 😂 and my daughter or husband usually pick it up for me. When you have a disability like MS, as i do. I cant stand and cook like i used to. Even though they are considered "fast food" you get alot of perks if you make an account and order it online 1st.
