Hi my name is Kiara and my favorite restaurant is Uno because the minute you walk in you can smell the great food. You will have a good time with your family and friends.
The service at Uno is great. If you have to wait for a table they have a waiting area so you can sit. When you get to your table you get your menu. When you are ready to order you can. If you have a tablet you can order on that. The servers are very nice and kind. If you're worried, don't be. They all ways get your order right. You don't have to wait a long time for your order. You only have to wait like 10 or less minutes.
The food at Uno is to die for. There is a huge chocolate chip cookie with whip cream, ice cream and fudge. The food is so good you would want to eat it every day if you could. One of my favorite things is a mini pizza with some ketchup and fries on the side. It is phenomenal (it's on the kids menu). Their food is very delicious. If I were you I would go now. Don't get me started on the kid's sundae. It has cookie and sprinkles. The fries and chicken nuggets are amazing. There's more but you have to see yourself.
Uno is for people of any age. It has tablets for kids where you can play games or order. And for grown ups, they have a bar and a TV to watch the game. You and your kids are happy. You need a birthday party last minute? Go to Uno, order the giant cookie, and there you have it! And kid-friendly everything. It looks like it's dark inside, but it's not as dark because there is a chandelier and classy lighting. When you walk in you see a waiting couch. There are tables and booths. Uno is great so don't forget to go to Uno.
I give Uno 10 out of 5 stars. Don't forget they have a parking lot. Even though it's a little far it's worth it because your taste buds will explode with flavor! Don't forget to go to Uno. Uno is the best...
Read moreWe walked in to a line of people waiting, only to see that half of the restaurant was empty and there were spare seats at the bar. Slightly confused, I asked the hostess how long the wait was for 2; she said 15-20 minutes. After waiting 15 minutes and watching to-go and bar orders being processed efficiently, I asked her whether all the empty booths were reserved, hoping to at least be offered seats at the bar. To her credit, she didn't lie to me, but she had clearly given up - the hostess blatantly told me that they only had 2 servers working that night, and that they each had 6 tables as opposed to the standard 4. I thanked her for the explanation and stepped back, astonished that any restaurant could run at all while only being able to serve 12 tables at a time. From the dingy decor and overall layout and service, it seems like the focus is the bar and to-go services; the restaurant feels like an old-fashioned afterthought. Upon arrival, we found our table was sticky and grimy, the plates and silverware were spotted and had crumbs on them, and the menus were dirty. Theresa was an amazing server though - she was friendly and attentive, and clearly managing a bad situation with grace and professionalism. Our food was good but had sat for a bit on the pass as it wasn't piping hot on arrival. Unfortunately the margaritas were the worst we've ever had; paying $4 extra for Patron doesn't make up for a really bad drink mix. Given the server situation, I felt like I couldn't make a complaint, as she was trying her best in a bad spot. The manager was going around talking to tables but seemed to gloss over the situation rather than really try to fix things or appease customers - it's a little weird that the only honesty I got was from a fed-up hostess and not the...
Read moreI FEEL THEY MUST CHANGE THE WAY THEY HANDLE THE TRAFFIC AT THE FRONT. MY HUSBAND AND I STOP BY FOR A BITE TO EAT ON FRIDAY AS WE DO EVERY WK OR SO. IT WAS PACKED SO WE WAITED AROUND 5 MINS AND THEN DECIDED TO ASK ABOUT SITTING AT THE BAR AS IT WOULD BE QUICKER. THEY SAID WE COULD GO IN, BUT AS WE SPOKE TO THE TWO YOUNG ONES IN THE FRONT, THIS COUPLE STOOD IN FRONT OF US AND ASKED ABOUT THE BAR AND WALKED RIGHT IN. THE COUPLE HAD NO TYPE OF CONSIDERATION TOWARDS THE CONVERSATION WE WERE HAVING WITH STAFF. THEY ALSO TOOK THE ONLY TWO SEATS LEFT AT THE BAR WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN OURS. MY POINT IS THAT PEOPLE MUST WAIT THEIR TURN AND THE RESTAURANT SHOULD KEEP SOME TYPE OF ORDER. I FEEL THE STAFF AT THE FRONT SHOULD HAVE TOLD THEM TO WAIT AND HAVE THEM WALK IN AFTER US. I SPOKE TO THE MANAGER AND HE TOLD US THAT PEOPLE CAN JUST WALK IN TO SIT AT THE BAR, BUT HOW ABOUT THOSE THAT DON'T KNOW THIS. I'VE BEEN EATING HERE FOR YEARS AND DIDN'T EVEN KNOW THAT. I KNOW OTHER RESTAURANTS WHERE THEY KEEP A TAB ON THE BAR BC IT IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY. I DID NOT FEEL THE MANAGER WAS OF ANY HELP AS HE DID NOT SEE MY POINT AT ALL. THE POINT IS FIRST, COME FIRST SERVE AND CONTROL YOUR PATRONS. AMPARO FOUND US SEATS, BUT THE MANAGER, MR. WHITE...
