This place was pretty fantastic and if you read my other reviews you know I'm pretty open, honest and fair when it comes to these reviews. This was a tiny place that I found today while out and about; honestly I almost passed it due to size & lack of signage but I'm glad I saw it at the last minute & decided to stop. Ordered a Yeti Burger with Gouda Cheese and Sauteed Mushrooms with Tater Tots and ordered the Piggy Piggy: Pork Mac and Cheese with Korean BBQ Sauce and Onion Rings Burger came out and I was so happy to see a hand made burger that tasted of beef instead of the "traditional" pre-made burger. It was delicious. The "piggy piggy" saddened me because I thought it was a sandwich so when it came out I was not too happy but the flavor was great and after I got past the fact it was not a sandwich I was fine. The owner came and talked to us and we talked about the food and how I thought the Piggy piggy would be great as a "grilled cheese" on Texas toast and he seemed to really like the idea. Hey Kirk (owner)...feel free to do it. See what people think. You have my blessing 100%!!!
Folks, go check this place out! I do not think you will be disappointed. I genuinely thought the food here was 8.5 out of 10 which is a pretty good ranking for me. This spot is about an hour and a half from my home & I would definitely make the trip again. I'm excited to see what is new on my next visit.
Great job guys! Good luck, keep it up...
Read moreI was on the road, driving home from a job in Bozeman when I realized it was already almost 8 o'clock, and everything in the area would be closing soon.
So, I looked up where I was and what was available. It was slim pickings. But I decided to go to this spot.
When I arrived, the place looked closed, but I saw a guy in the parking lot and asked him if it was still open. He said it wasn't, but that if I was okay with sitting in a closed restaurant, he would cook up whatever I ordered.
I took him up on the offer.
Long story short, he made me a Yeti Burger with sweet potato fries, and it was literally the best burger I've ever had. And every ingredient was top-notch. I was in shock because I was expecting another run-of-the-mill, off-the-highway diner, serving mediocre food that I so often encounter when I'm on the road. But this was the exact opposite.
I asked the guy his name. It's Brian... Great guy. I thanked him for being so hospitable and let him know it was the best burger I've had in recent memory. He said, "I can't turn down hungry travelers. That's what...
Read moreI stopped here when driving through the town with my family. I have a few things to say in different categories.
First, the food was really good. When going to a restaurant, sometime I wish I would start a little more hungry because the food is so good. This is one of those places. I don't think you can go wrong with a choice on the menu. Everything we got was really good. (since I was traveling with my kids, I feel like I was able to try a variety of options because my kids sometimes don't eat much).
Second, the service was really good. Jenna was the server helping me. She did an excellent job making sure we had what we needed. One thing Jenna did especially well is she was available when I needed something. The service was great.
The atmosphere was incredible too. The dining area has a big foot theme. Looking around I was able to count over 30 big foot icons. So fun! This is a place I would recommend for food. That is, only if you are looking for good service and excellent service in an...
