McDonald's — Restaurant in Deer Park

I have ordered from this location 15 times, 15 chances I gave this store to show me they can get the order right, cook the food all the way, and get my FAST FOOD out quickly. Corporate and the manager on Afternoon and Nights, are clearly the incompetent ones. I have been told to go to the location on Underwood and Independence Pkwy, Attached to the Love's, which was just as busy, and quicker, and got my order right. This store is brand new, and doesnt talk shit on the headset through the speaker in Spanish, and thought I dont understand it. Sé la que dija Boba. I was really hopeful for this location. Someone else in corporate needs to crack some whips there, before yall come across the wrong one to mess...

I just left there. 5/21/24 at 8:11am and just wanna say that the staff that attended me was horrible! The girl on the intercom sounded like she needed some sleep. They made me pull up and wait on my order just so they can get it wrong. When i told the girl at the window that they made the wrong sandwich, she had an attitude with no apology. She then took longer to bring the correct sandwich than the original order. They freaking just threw the meat and an egg in 2 dry bagels!!! No sauce and no cheese!!! I was furious. I went i side to complaint and the hispanic manager just made excuses and remade it. No real apology....

Extremely poor customer service! This location was understaffed for their volume of business. I waited in store to be acknowledged by a team member for over 10 minutes. A team member was flagged down by another customer for help with a discrepancy with their order. I stood right next to him. I assumed the team member would ask if I needed assistance, she did not. No acknowledgement, no questions, no service, and absolutely no eye contact. I would not recommend this location. The other Pasadena locations are worth the few extra miles to drive for...
