Very frustrated. At 11 pm I called and ordered delivery. I asked the girl if they had any combos for a pizza and a thing of the cinnamon breadsticks. (When I called I forgot to use the word 'cinnamon'. I said the dessert ones). At first she said that they had a combo for a medium pizza and an order of the breadsticks. .each would be $5 ..So the total price at the time of delivery would be $15 and change. I said ok great, let's. ..and she interrupted me to say that they actually don't offer that deal for the dessert breadsticks, they only do it for the cheesy breadsticks and asked me to hold on. She came back to say her manager said he would do the deal for the cinnamon ones. At the end of the call before we hung up I said "Oh, 2 things real quick! 1) can you please put extra 'sauce'? And can you please have the driver call instead of knocking, I don't want to wake up my roommates. " she said and I quote "Extra sauce for the pizza, or do you mean icing for the breadsticks? " Immediately I realized I used the wrong word, and corrected myself by saying "Yes, extra 'ICING' for the breadsticks. " I waited about a half hour and the driver didn't call girst, he just knocked. .and it DID wake up my roommates. And when I brought the stuff inside and my fiancé opened the box of breadsticks, I had to call Domino's back immediately because they gave me the CHEEST breadsticks!
My fiancé got on the phone with the girl who originally took my order, and she kept saying that those were the ones I asked for. He was sitting right next to me when I called in the order. Finally, she said she'd have delivery bring a box of the right ones. A few minutes after he hung up, the manager called back and spoke to my fiancé. He tried saying he just got done listening to the recorded phone call and I asked for the cheesy breadsticks. ETF?!??
The manager said because he was feeling generous, he would send an order of cinnamon breadsticks anyway, but normally we would've had to pay again because I didn't ask for the right ones.
Screw this place. I wish I didn't have to even give 1 star but in order to write a review, I have to give at...
Read moreHorrible. Avoid, I made my order for delivery at 8:45 it's 11:29 and I'm here waiting for my pizza because hey told me at 10:30 to come bc they we're short on drivers and they would make my order fresh. I arrive and nobody seems to remember telling me that my order would be ready fresh. They promised me it can be ready in 10 minutes so I decide to wait, it took closer to 25. While I'm there I could see why my pizza had not been delivered they are very disorganized and no one seems to know what their role is. There was a young man there with white shorts and a white sweatshirt that looked sick but he was helping out behind the counter & sure enough one of the girls working there asked him do you feel better and with his hand he waved to her so so. He then started taking orders over the phone, touching other people's food all while possibly sick and while continually scratching his crotch. I also noticed ants on the front counter and on the floor where you sit and wait for your food. Not sure why this place is still in business. Dominoes really needs to do something about the situation at this location because based on other reviews I'm not the first one to notice these things. The whole time I was there people are calling in wondering where their Pizza was and they were giving away pizzas because of missed orders. This was our last night in Florida, we wanted to eat a couple slices of pizza and get to bed early but this was a very bad way to end our...
Read moreThe positive reviews are absolutely 💯 true!! I drove a good distance just to order pizza based on the reviews I read about this location. From the time I placed my order on the phone I knew I was going to have a great experience. I told the employee the time I would arrive and that I needed napkins and plates. As soon as I walked in the place I was greeted by the employees and it was a genuine greeting, a greeting that truly made me feel welcomed. I even spoke at length with the workers there and thanking them for keeping up their good standards. I spoke so much when I was leaving the employee handed me the plates and napkins in a tied up bag and I was so happy at least he remembered because I sure forgot. The pizza looked so delicious and to be honest I can't remember a time when domino's pizza ever looked like this. I was so impressed I went back to this same location which was a distance the same day and order 2 boxes for myself since the first order was for a group of people. Papa Luis , the manager , is as friendly as can be. When the manager is a happy and friendly person it trickles down to the employees and lastly to the customers. Even the younger employees were nice. Thank you to your team for making delicious pizzas and providing excellent...
