I have been going to this Dunkin for more than a year and consistency is nonexistent. Experiences with employees has always been positive but beyond that, almost every visit I get a different tasting drink. When I order a medium cold brew with cream and caramel, sometimes it’s 1 cream and 4 caramel. Sometimes it’s 5 cream 4 caramel. When I ask for what should be standard if not specified in a medium (3 cream and 3 caramel) I still get a different variation, maybe 2 cream 1 caramel. Sometimes iced lattes are very heavy on the milk, and sometimes I feel like I am tasting an iced coffee with milk. There has never been a time I leave with the same drink. Does this provide an interesting start to my day? Sure does, always curious what the days drink will taste like. Sometimes it ends straight in the trash and sometimes I deal with the interesting flavor of the day. When it comes to my morning, I think I would prefer consistency. As a former Dunkin employee, I certainly wish I could just make the drinks myself.
Hashbrowns are also an issue. The past 2 days have been particularly fun. Yesterday was stuck together, rock hard, and cold hashbrowns. Today was cold hashbrowns (which I had in the car to try and give the benefit of maybe yesterday it was hot when served but I waited too long to eat it) but was in fact another disappointment.
When I think how it stays in business, I think of people like me who hesitantly frequent this Dunkin only because it’s convenient and having ill hope that today is the day my order comes out edible. Still waiting...
Read moreHonestly it’s always something with this place, it’s either, they run out of everything or they’re rude to you for THEIR computer malfunctioning, all other dunkin locations I go to, everything is fine. For this one, I don’t know it’s just always something, i’ve also worked in food service for years so I have a high tolerance for mess ups. I am also a full time student, while working two jobs, I am always on the go, that’s why I place mobile orders, my orders are always late every single time. I don’t know if this store is franchise owned or operated by corporate either way someone needs to stop by and see what’s going on with the staff. The only two workers who actually feel sympathetic when it’s their mess up is a pregnant lady, and another latina or hispanic woman with curly hair and she wears a black long sleeve. Either than that, the stuff is rude, I always have to end up waiting more than 5-10 minutes even though i’ll place the order early. I don’t have a difficult order that sounds like a grocery list, so what’s the issue. Read moreI stopped by drive through for hot tea and 2 toasted bagels , when I got to work I see they had coffee and I’m not coffee drinker and the bagels were cold , I was seriously wanting my tea with milk as I requested to enjoy it with my toasted bagels, but they messed up my morning, I stop by later around 1:45 pm at the store gave them back their coffee that I didn’t drink and asked for my money back for the whole things and gave them my receipt , cuz they messed up my breakfast the employee there said no I will refund your coffee only coz you didn’t bring the bagels I said I ate the bagels that wasn’t toasted like I requested just to fill up my stomach but I didn’t enjoy it coz we don’t eat just to fill up the stomach we eat also to enjoy what we’re eating and you gave me cold bagels with coffee not my tea and you messed up my breakfast and didn’t make me enjoy it, he said we do mistakes sometimes I said that’s fine but correct those mistakes and refund me my whole breakfast money which only like $10 , he refused then I said so you are saying that’s how we do it don’t buy from us anymore he really didn’t care I told him keep all the money it’s not about the $10 it’s about the...
